Well it ok . Nice cashiers and they do there best to make it nice inside the store. It's mostly clothes books shoes some electronics nothing too big just what they get in donations so . Try it out. It's usually a pretty good value step is reasonable they don't know where price. And it's much cheaper than buying new

Great deals on designer items, Warby Parker glasses for $1.99, and vintage milk glass tea cups and saucers for the same price per item. Staff is fun and kind.

Twice I've had interactions with male staff who is extremely rude. Seems like this same staff member subject of most complaints on Facebook too. Very unpleasant experience, will not donate here again.

We went to this store today to enjoy our time in Sonoma. Unfortunately, the male employee behind the counter was very unkind and unapproachable. I don't think I will ever do business with them again because of him.

Very disappointed by the service at the store. My fiancée purchased 4 items, including one in which the wrong item was rung up and included. Upon reviewing the receipt (whilst still in the store!) , my fiancée brought it to the cashier's (Krista) attention. Krista said 'No returns allowed, I don't know what to tell you'. Her attitude and behavior was short, rude and neither professional or helpful. Upon asked to speak to her manager, Krista informed my fiancée that she was unable to call her manager. The second sales clerk asked my fiancée what she would like to do. My fiancée asked for a refund, to which she responded You need to keep the shoes' . My fiancée left both the shoes & the receipt at the store for the manager to review. My fiancée is African-American and wonders if a Caucasian woman would have been treated the same. Note: proceeds of the Church Mouse go to the Catholic Church .. is this how the Church wants it's supporters and patrons to be treated?

I shopped there today and had a wonderful experience! I found very high-quality children's items for excellent prices! The girl working at the front counter was very kind as well!

Saturday, 7/01/2023 - Stopped by Church Mouse Thrift. Address here is 16885 Sonoma Hwy, Sonoma, CA 95476. Small parking lot. But we found parking right away. It's right by the highway where we were driving, so we stopped by here. Cute little Thrift shop.

Large location with very good selection, parking can be awkward.

Great prices! Lots of selection! The parking isn't the best but it is worth the store for sure. Definitely recommend!

I like this thrift shop, prices are high on clothing, there's lots of linens and household goods, you have to dig a bit to find the gems like vintage wood picture frames and vintage leather purses.

Good day,I went to donate today (11/16/22) at the HWY 12 location, and the women at the receiving corner, did not greet me, talked over the vacuum to answer my question, and pointed to the sign to look at it for instructions as to what can be donated. In addition to her unhelpfulness, I had to ask when it would be the next time clothes would be taken. Totally rude and indignant employee!
