My experience with Stardust jewelers is that they are very professional, extremely friendly. I feel like the staff are good friends instead of business associates. Following a recent purchase from Stardust, I experienced some issues with the item and related customer service - Yelp to the rescue! After notifying the business of these issues through here, I was rapidly contacted by a manager. While it took a while to make things right, they really pulled out all the stops and did what it took to ensure their customer was happy. While my rating was lower to start, definitely worth an update owing to this escalation and very much improved experience. Would recommend Stardust for how they stand behind your purchase.

Stardust is one of my favorite stores to shop for decor for my modern 1950s style ranch home. First off, they have a great (mostly European) selection of home decor - it's young, modern, classy, contemporary...and, it's authentic (no knock offs; which is why it is expensive). Love it anyway. Second of all, they are very helpful when you are making your selections. A nice salesperson named Nikki handled my order over the phone. Nikki took a lot of time to explain the product to me and even though I only purchase 1 lamp, there are other things on my list to buy in the near future. Nikki gets 5 stars! If I could afford to outfit my entire house in this stuff, I would, without question.

I was very happy to find & purchase a Noguchi Akari light (21A) with Stardust Modern Design, a local vendor for me. Most of my net searches were pointing me to an offshore vendor or the museum store back east. Before shipment, Stardust Modern Design's staff contacted me to make sure my I ordered the correct lighting package. My order was incorrect and they made sure I got what I really needed! This saucer shaped (60 watt LED) lamp looks fantastic over my dining table. Great example of world class service.

I had purchase a very unique wall lamp, which I can only get thru Stardust. One day I hit it by accident and broke one side. I emailed Stardust asking if they can sell me just one side of the wall lamp. I got a quick response with a quote on how much it would cost and within a week or two I received it. I was helped by Nikki, whom was awesome with responding to emails and helping me get what I wanted. Nikki was great with updates before, during and after I received my purchase. I have purchase from Stardust before , great products and great customer service.

I love you all dearly...and it has been well above my expectations...way up there !! I have just thought, again lol - but if we need ti contact one another our link shoud be pluto, the newest plannet...also it appears that I am that geek ffs..anyway THANK YOU SO MUCH !!! lets just see what happens now, will my faith in human nature be justified..ok I must sleep !!! xx

I ordered a Moooi Random Light from Stardust's website as a Floor Sample Sale item. There was a billing mix-up which they handled flawlessly. Definitely hassle free on our end. My wife and I will continue to watch their site and blog because they have an excellent selection of modern offerings. Would recommend this site/store to friends and family looking for good prices and great customer service. Thanks again Stardust.
