Cannot say enough great things! Spiral is my go to place for new jewelry as every employee is kind, knowledgable and accommodating. They have sent over items from their Petaluma store twice for me and are also willing to look through their inventory to find the perfect piece/size. I will always wear my spiral jewelry and bring family and friends into the stores!

I’ve been to this cute shop a few times now and every-time I’ve been in the staff is friendly, the store is clean, and I always find something I end up loving! I’ve bought a few rings and most recently a pair of super cute earrings. Staff is helpful and patient which is great for someone like me who may be a bit shy and have a hard time asking for assistance. 10/10 recommend this store to anyone and everyone.

I have bought several pieces from this store since they opened up. I personally have two rings and a pair of earrings that I wear regularly. I have also bought a few different pieces for family and friends. All of their jewelry is well crafted and beautiful. I am not sure why the other reviewer had that experience. I wear my rings daily and am a mom of two boys-they have held up very well over the years and look as beautiful as the day they were purchased. The earrings I have from them are my favorite pair and I always wear them on date nights or special occasions. I have gotten so many compliments on their jewelry. They are also extremely friendly and helpful. So glad to have them in sonoma!

If I could give zero stars I would! Cheap is an understatement for their quality of jewelry. I bought a few pieces now, rings and earrings, and all have had issues. Ring snapped, stone fell out, after one wear! A waste of money, I've had better luck w Paparrazzi $5 costume jewelry. Looks pretty but quality is a big zero!
