Fantastic fresh foods. Fresh soups. Big Salad Bar great for picnic. A real bonus: A full time Sushi Chef at the deli. Pop in, grab sushi made that day or place an order & shop until it’s ready for pick-up. They sell extra fresh ginger too. Delish.

It's a nice little store, everyone is friendly for the most part, until you get out in the parking lot . It's just too hard to get in and out.

Cashier friendly even customers are friendly, if you want something organic this is the best place to go in Sonoma. The best place for organic produce,honey and is local.

Great local market, best bakery in town hands down, bakery staff is top tier(I'm sure the other departments are just as great I'm just a frequent bakery gal!) and a surprising variety in groceries from a small market, they have an awesome drinks bar up front too which is nice for grabbing a quick beverage out the door. The only downside is that it's definitely pricier than the rest of the stores in town which means I can't shop here for everything, and not as often as I'd like to either. But with that being said their produce is fresher and they're ready to go items last longer than the rest as well- worth the price!

Great local market. Does a good job providing locals with a decent choice of grocery staples and catering to the many tourists visiting the area. Good choice of sandwiches for a simple lunch. The butcher counter has a good selection of meats. Always looks clean and the checkout lines move customers through.

I highly recommend Sonoma Market for your holiday meal. I've been shopping at this market for 50 years, and it still holds some of it's original charm so for that I'm thankful. I've tried holiday meals at all the local Sonoma County markets over the years and for me, it's worth the trip into the valley. My husband and I enjoyed the Vegan Butternut Squash Wellington, Wild Rice, and Vegan Mushroom gravy again for Christmas. It's enough food that we make a meal the next day. I got the regular mashed potatoes and while they were very good, my favorite is the vegan garlic mashed potatoes. I ordered too late to try the items from the Hannukah menu I wanted but maybe next year. My son and I are the only ones who eat meat so I picked up sliced Diestel natural smoked turkey and London Broil roast beef. It was perfectly wrapped and sliced as well as the best tasting of all the markets around. Customer service is friendly and always hustling. These days I'm still a little shocked that the clientele appears to be primarily elderly. Not to offend anyone but these shoppers are in a different kind of elitist hustle. I said it so you can just be prepared. They are not afraid to tell you that you are in their way. However, there is still so much down home real Sonoma Valley in this store that those folks will never take the joy away I feel shopping at this store.

I ordered 12 Vik A wines on the Sonoma website on 10/26 and to date (20 days later) they have not sent my order. The company cannot be serious.

I just went to the deli area, boy do they have a great prepared food section!! It might be better than WF!! I just ordered a salsa turkey sandwich. It comes with cheese, guacamole, and unspicey peppers. It's warmed too. The ciabatta bread was so good!! It came to $11.xx with tax. The service was nice. The store has lots of specialty foods. I thought the 14oz festive gummies for $4.99 was pretty fair. I'll go back to get them.

Enjoyed an incredible Mediterranean Sampler platter the other day! Hands down, the best ever- * especially loved the smoked eggplant dip. Succulent, made with love/ expertise! We'll be back, no doubt!

My partner and I go every month and buy our dinner here. The deli is a special place. They treat you with care! Love this place and they have all our foodies for when we visit our second home in Sonoma.

Well stocked market with fair prices in a beautiful location. The only downfall is they didn't sell sushi. However, sandwiches were delicious and the hot bar had a wide variety of good food. lots of outside seating that is clean, with shade and nice views. Will definitely stop here again.

Great selection at top quality. Vast veggie display with fresh organic and conventional produce. Spectacular customer service—staff are all smiling, seemingly all the time. Best of all, though, are the meat and fish counter employees. I have asked for special cuts and unique items, and it’s never a problem, always with a smile. Prices a step up from the big chain market across the road; value many steps higher!

The Challah I am not sure if it is Kosher but regardless it was one of the best I have tasted in the county. It looked absolutely beautiful and tasted great. The bakery in general is absolutely top notch. Also the variety of products are extensive and well priced. One of my favorite supermarkets in our county.
