We had a great experience with this local and family-owned business. They are very knowledgeable and helpful, with high-quality made in the USA products. You'll pay a little more than on Wayfair, but some furniture, like our sectional couch, is much better to choose in person, plus free local delivery, installation and support. Highly recommended!

I ordered a dining room set from the McGunagle family. They were super helpful and patient during the selection process, and guided me to buying a Simply Amish set that I really love. They delivered and set-up the furniture themselves. Top notch service from start to finish. Furniture is very high quality and truly beautiful. I am very happy. I highly recommend Sonoma Furniture!

Absolutely amazing service. I spent 15 minutes in the store and was able to get exactly what I needed delivered the very next day. It was a very stressful time as I needed an adjustable bed for my mother who is recovering from a surgery, and Sonoma Furniture made the process seamless and comforting with their expertise, understanding and compassion. Don't get lost in a factory store, come here. Great prices, no nonsense.

Steve was incredible throughout our decision making process and was knowledgeable about their various products in terms of how they age and personal style. My wife and I live in Napa. We completed a very big renovation of our home and my wife spent hours researching where we should go for help to top off our living room dining room. BTW I hate shopping. We drove 45 minutes to this well anointed store and met the family that are long time locals. Super friendly and certainly not selling. I am a Wayfair guy. My wife wanted a very high quality dining room table and this store and staff was commended to her many times. It was personal...Dad Kirk son Steve Mom don't recall her name but very smart about my wife's wants. We had pictures and explained our needs. It wasn't a used car lot...they were not selling. They presented a few options...and were extremely generous with the whys and quality of this gorgeous table chairs. American hand made ..just amazing. .. we bought. They put in the customized order. This morning, Dad and son show up as scheduled and spent a good hour setting up for placement, carefully unpacking the prize table and chairs and getting the entire room just right. It was as much social as anything...because they enjoyed bringing our decision to reality. The deal is done... what we ordered was abit pricey but that was what we wanted...they did not push that angle. It was pricey bc it was handmade and custom. So obviously highly recommend ... and will certainly come back when the need arises. Thanks Kirk and Steve.

We bought some Amish furniture from this store and the owners were so helpful. We were able to have some custom made changes which made the pieces perfect! Their customer service is wonderful and I highly recommend anyone to drop in and see if they can help you!!

Great family owned Businees, who are super friendly and truly care about their customers wants and needs. This is definitely the place to find your next sofa, sectional or custom wood bedroom and dining set. They have a great selection of furniture you can customize with various different fabrics and leathers. I came in looking for a sofa set and I was really impressed by the sofa brands they carry and quality.

I bought a beautiful Simply Amish bed frame, an exquisite Stearns and Foster luxury mattress and supreme Malouf tencel sheets here and couldn’t say enough great things about the experience. Kirk and Steve were super patient with me as I considered my options. In the end, they gave me a great deal, delivered and assembled my bed and I could really not be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend Sonoma furniture not only for their superior selection of deluxe furniture options but for a hospitable and personalized user experience.

Don't let the look of the storefront deter you, the have a really lovely selection inside. We were shopping for dining room chairs to match an Amish cherry dining table we bought twenty years ago. They had many to choose from and were very patient as we sat in each one over and over again. They were incredibly patient on our second visit while we looked through fabric samples and eventually picked out the one we wanted. They even let us borrow the sample book for an hour while we did additional research. Our chairs are ordered and we look forward to getting them delivered.

The couple who owns and operates this place are SO sweet and SO helpful! They guided me through the design process and listen carefully to my specifications. Both super talented people who built incredible beds for not just me in 2018 but my mother too 20 years ago. Reasonably priced for the amazing quality of work they do.

We had fantastic, white-glove service from Kirk and Liz. They patiently walked us through each step of the process, helping us pick a size, mattress, and bed frame and Kirk himself did the delivery and setup. We are so glad we went to Chestbed Store instead of shopping online or going out of town.
