John has been doing my hair for over a year and is incredible. I trust him with all decisions – whether it’s cut or color – and always appreciate how incredibly patient he is whenever I want to change things around! He’s so friendly and has always found a way to make room in his schedule for me, even when he’s been fully booked, which is more than I can say for any other salon. The products he uses are also way better than any other high end salon I’ve been to, and the quality of his cut, color and styling is the best! Can’t recommend enough!

I love Salon Novo! John Falcon is literally the only person I've let touch my hair in years. I trust his approach to hair because he is very precise but also intuitive and I always leave feeling extremely fresh!! What I look for with my hair is a simple and fresh cut that's going to look good as it grows out for months to come and I've never been disappointed at Salon Novo. The cut is always so good that I can continue being my very lazy when it comes to daily maintenance. Perfect cut = low maintenance = I'm very happy lol ? It's always perfect!

I've been a client of John's since 2021 and my men's haircuts are always clean, precise and consistent. His attention to detail means my hair looks best freshly cut whereas the budget cuts I used to get looked best after about a week's worth of growth hid any gaffs / imperfections. And I know he knows his craft because I pepper him with questions every time I'm there.

Thanks for great friendly service. John was able to fit me in for a fast root touch up. He's friendly, experienced and truly did great work . Will recommend anyone give this salon a text of you need great hair services while in Sonoma.

First time with this salon was great. Had an appointment with John. Friendly, made me feel at ease in the salon despite my usually feeling out of place and uncomfortable in most other hair salons. Great with covid-19 protocols. Will definitely be going back again!
