Me too, am thrilled this store is here. Can’t recommend highly enough. I come here regularly and spread the word.Friendly helpful customer service, lots of variety for high quality, low plastic waste products. Bring a bottle or get some there (other customers’ donations). I love one of their body lotions, leave-in hair conditioner, and mineral- based sunscreen. Wish more people knew about this store and shopped here. Less petroleum- based waste and more local goodness!Also, this woman-owned business has several TerraCycle bins (bring your old pens and all things shaving to be recycled)!

It's so exciting to have a zero waste shop in Sonoma! They offer a variety of quality eco-friendly products. You can bring your own containers to refill & they also have some free containers in case you didn't bring your own. Definitely encourage everyone to give this place & their products a try!

I love this store! It's my go to for shampoo bars, laundry detergent sheets, and other eco friendly products. Everything has been reasonably priced and good quality. Better prices than other refill shops by far. Super friendly employees too.

Customer service was top notch. Very friendly. Nicely organized store with plenty of verity. The amount of money I saved is negligible, but not contributing to land fill and supporting local business saves me a lot stress. Thumbs up.

What a fun shop! They basically are able to refill any empty container you have on hand. Don't have a container? No problem! You can either buy a new bottle or grab from the donation bin in the shop. Try E.O. products (one of my favs) Shikai, Cooper Moon Apothecary, Griffin Remesy and more. In addition to amazing soaps, bath salts, lotions and exilhirs they also carry laundry and household products. I even saw pet supplies to refill. Would go back and definitely recommend.

We need more Refill Madness locations! Stumbled upon this shop while in Sonoma. My hubby and I use Dr. Bronner's soap all the time and our bottle was running low. We were able to refill our bottle here cheaper than buying a new one. Also, it's great for the environment!

I am all for the idea of bulk buying, but the price I paid for Dr. B's castile soap here was as much or more than I have paid for bottles of it at retail outlets. Plus, the price I paid was more than what was listed on their site.

Such a great concept! I bought in some jars and filled up with high quality shampoo, conditioner and dish soap. Some people may think it would be more expensive than purchasing at the big box stores because the smaller stores may not have such buying power, but this is not the case! So not only do you save money, you also reduce your plastic footprint! They have great known eco brands at good pricing. The fill up is fast and easy, the owner is so happy to share this store with customers. Go here, not only because the planet depends on it, your wallet will also be grateful!

I was so pleased to see that Sonoma has a refill shop for soaps and other zero waste, eco friendly items. I brought in empty containers of body wash and laundry detergent and was able to choose products to fill them up. They have a lot of reusable products that I look forward to trying.
