We had intended to occupy the house but due to changes in our personal situation we instead elected to sell the house as it neared completion. After interviewing multiple realtors and speaking with referrals we chose Carol to list the house. She presented a solid argument for a listing price that exceeded that of most of the other realtors but this required targeted property investments to "show off" the property. Within days of our our listing with her, she met with the general contractors, and landscaper contractors (that she identified) to develop an very aggressive timeline to get the property ready for listing.
