This and The Loop right next store are exactly what you imagine of a boutique in the Napa area. Overpriced, only friendly to a certain type of clientele, making assumptions about people as soon as they walk in. To be fair so did I. I have been to so many of these places but I hold out for the 1 in 100 that is inclusive and friendly and service oriented. I hold out for the small business owner who wants to make their business profitable.

Impeccable service!!! Especially when one would shop for jeans here, they're a really great help as they make sure one finds their truest matches of everything here. And incredibly sweet about everything. Keep up the good work!!!

A great store with a wonderful staff and owner! Chloe is very helpful and knowledgeable about the brands in the store. Erica the owner is a smart, sweet woman who obviously enjoys her store! Bravo

Cute clothes, extremely rude associate. Decent customer service is not hard. I asked for help with a shirt, was given none and nasty looks and huffs and puffs. I almost did not buy based on the service but decided to purchase. At the point of sale the girl put the items in the bag, turned her back to me and walked away. I was confused if my transaction was complete, where my items were and it felt like some sort of snub to me and I have no idea why.
