I have been taking my dog Tillie to Tracy since she was a puppy. Tracy gave Tillie her first haircut and I have never let anyone else cut her hair. We decided to leave her hair long and Tracy has taught me how to take care of her hair so we haven't had to cut her back. Every time I pick her up, she looks adorable and smells divine. I cannot recommend Tracy more highly. She loves Tillie as much as I do.

I have had three shih tzus over the years and am now in my third. They have all required grooming, and not all of them have been happy about it. A couple of years ago, I discovered Tracy at Paw Prints. My dog loves going so much that he jumps out of the car and RUNS straight to the front door of the grooming office to see Tracy! Tracy is great with pets and always on time, accommodating and professional. I drive an hour each way just so that my dog can be groomed at Paw Prints!

I have 2 English Springer Spaniels and have tried 4 other groomers in Sonoma and 1 in San Francisco. Each time I was very disappointed in the results. We ask for a basis short haircut with just a little length on the ears and they come back looking all "choppy" and so many areas where hair is left long. When I picked up my pups from Paw Prints they both looked awesome. Smooth hair all around and ears left just the right length! Thank you! Expect me to be a repeat customer.
