The gym on itself is pretty wonderful. Machines are great, steam room wonderful and clean. Now, on the members part, they are a bunch of people that need to mind their own business. Always complaining about things that do not concern them.I left my adorable dog in the car as a always do since I take him with me everywhere pretty much. The outside temperature was 46°. I always make sure he is safe and in a good place, so there was no crime or harm done what so ever. I got called on speakers because they were threatening to call the police. This is pretty upsetting when you know how much you care for your pup and that there was no real reason to go this far.

It has a very good and sanitary environment. I went here for 3 months and the whole time i was there, it felt very peaceful and calm. Service is very high quality.

Parkpoint Members are happy because the staff is so friendly and everybody there is willing to help It's a wonderful club I've been involved with them for 20 years and I think it's one of the better places to work out swimming pool is especially wonderful

older but very well maintained facility. a young man named Jackson gave us a great tour and answered all of our questions. cleanliness and friendly staff are important to us...and this gym has that. 5 stars?

My wife and I were in Sonoma for 6 weeks. We became temporary members of Parkpoint while we were visiting. So glad we did! Great staff, great equipment and the cleanest gym I’ve ever belonged to! If we are ever back in the area we will exercise there again.

Parkpoint is a great community facility with pretty much everything a person needs to get not only a great workout, but utilize the extra perks of the club, such as the pool, hot tub, sauna, pickle ball courts in Santa Rosa, (because you get three separate facilities with one membership)! the fun classes and cool events like art receptions, pool BBQ's and holiday cocktail hours. The pool is warm all year round, the facility takes great pride in cleanliness and safety protocols, and people are happy just happy to be someplace where you are welcomed by the front desk by first name. Parkpoint cares and it shows. Thanks for being easy to work with and supportive on my journey to health.

I give it a low rating simply due to the staff. They are not engaging and always look tired or miserable. I have caught the staff members talking badly about the members that pay for the club, very poorly multiple times. As well as over heard an older gentlemen probalay like 30 or so comment on the appearance of a lot of the woman members. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Especially when the girl I caught him talking about is a young girl, maybe 16/17 years old. Very werid. Do not recommend this club, atleast the Sonoma one.

Unprofessional and aggressive male staff. Had 3 separate young male employees (trainers) constantly stare at me whenever I came in. Everytime I looked up, one of them watching me. Everytime they walked by, a hard stare. This went on for a year. I did nothing wrong or weird, or ever even spoke to staff while present at Sonoma. Disgusting.

I love parkpoint. The staff is friendly, the place is always kept clean. I love the pool and sauna as well as the amazing classes they have. And they have a nice fitness floor with enough space where you don't feel cramped like in some other gyms I've been to.

My husband I have been coming here for 8 years and it is a great gym with classes, a pool and large fitness floor with everything you need to keep fit. I mainly use the weight room but I like taking classes also. The staff is friendly and helpful and the facility is very nice. The trainers here are really great. I workout with Rachael and not only is it fun I have really increased my strength over working out on my own. I highly recommend this fitness center. Linda R
