Very good experience --- non-profit used bike shops often are subpar but this place is as good as it gets --- great staff, great stuff, fair prices, etc. Enough to go out of my way to leave a review

I went to Operation Bicycle for the first time, a week before Christmas. Adrian and his team are wonderful. I had called before going there and Adrian was cheerful, patient, and helpful!I brought two bikes in, one of which had a frozen chain, broken shifters, and various other ailments. Adrian didn't try to upsell me to fix everything. Instead, he discussed options with me. I decided to make my bike a one speed since it would save me a bunch of dollars. My two bikes were finished in one day. What a great surprise!Bonus: they have free classes on how to repair your bike.For friendly, honest, knowledgeable service, go to Operation Bicycle!

This is a great shop. Friendly, helpful staff. Owner always seems to be in every time I am there.We had an old bike fixed up, and bought a new (used) bike from them.Prices seem reasonable for the quality, and the ice cream shop next door sells fresh churros. Highly recommended.

Brought my 2020 Trek Dual Sport that seemed impossible for 3 other bike shops to tune-up. The chain kept falling off every up hill street and front derailleur thingy rubbing on the chain. To easy for Operation Bicycle; my bicycle finally made it up the hill without breaking also no more chain noise. Thank you Operation Bicycle.

Amazing service! I went in not knowing much about bikes and they were able to help me find exactly what I was looking for! They were so kind, patient and friendly. It felt like buying a bike from family. Highly recommend this shop!

This is the best place to get your bike fixed! The people that work there are so nice and friendly and they fix your bike with such great knowledge and skill. It is also reasonable and helping the community all in one!!

This is a great place for quick easy fixesI was visiting Sonoma for the weekend and swung in an hour before it closed when I saw it driving back to the Airbnb from a bike ride. I had a squeaky chain/shifting and thought I probably just needed some lube before my next ride. Decided to just ask to see if they can take a look at it instead of me buying lube and finding out there are other issues. The staff was super friendly and asked me to bring the bike in to see. They quickly diagnosed that the squeaky was from the jocky gears and fixed it. I also asked them about my tire because it was fraying and I ended up buying a new tire and they put it on. I didn't realize until after I paid, but all proceeds from repairs and goods from this shop goes towards Boys and Girls Club!
