Very good experience --- non-profit used bike shops often are subpar but this place is as good as it gets --- great staff, great stuff, fair prices, etc. Enough to go out of my way to leave a review

Operation Bicycle is a teen-run, community bike shop. We sell refurbished bikes, new and used parts and accessories, repair bikes for the general public, offer hands-on classes, an earn-a-bike program, bike valet at events, and more. We're a program of Teen Services Sonoma, focused on teen employment and job training.
