Had my nails for 3 days and half my nail came off. I asked for a 3D flower and they gave me something completely different and added gems when I didn’t want any.

Didnt ask me how ling i wanted my toenails. And with my fingernails. One nail wasn't done right. So they redid a part of it. But because of that, air was underneath it. Because of that the whole nails polishouders came off. Why just redo the whole nail?

I've been getting my nails done here for the past 3 years, and have never really been satisfied with the service. Recently i got my nails done and they fell off 2 days after. I went in and complained and they completely lied and manipulated me. I was told the charge didn't go through even when i showed them the bank statement. They had even asked me before if i paid with card or cash not even knowing. They treated me with disrespect and were laughing about it.

Worst nail salon I have ever been too...I have been there 4x now. First time was over a decade ago when they had the other location. I said never again. I thought this new place would bring new light. Customer service is non existent...Mani/pedi didn't last two hour...it peeled and chipped off. I called and they said to come in and they will do it over. I could not go for a few weeks. When I went back they did not do any of the other service. Just painted over my cuticles, didn't file or clip my nails, didn't use primer, didn't soak my feet or hands. She was the owner and unbelievably rude. Did a sloppy job just like the other times before, then walked off and I never saw her again. I went in the next day and asked for my money back and she threw me a $20. bill and yelled "do you do this every where you go..." I said, I paid $60. I want my full refund. In exchange I will never come back here again. Her mother stepped in and pointed at her stack of money and said refund her the money in Vietnamese. Maybe it was Korean. The owner had so much hate and anger in her eyes..She walked off and yelled "and don't come back". Obviously on a power trip. They were an hour and a half late on my appointment both times. They use some cheep polish. Their colors they have on the board do not match what they have in the bottles. I do not recommend this place. In fact I hate this place and that woman who owns it. She is evil...

I had great hopes for this nail salon for the prime location and the serene decor, however, my experience there has been from average to atrocious. The staff has 1-2 good nail clinicians, the rest being mediocre. When you arrive, no one comes to the desk; usually you aren't even acknowledged. There is little to no friendly communications with you during your treatment and of course, like most Vietnamese run nail salons, they rudely speak Vietnamese in your presence. ( Call me crazy, but if you choose to live in America and do business in America, you should be speaking the chosen American language.) Then there is the waste of time making an appointment because they do not honor appointment times. I recently gave a myRide to a senior who had an appointment at 11:00am with a specific clinician. We were on time. We were not received/acknoledged. I routed out her clinician who was otherwise engaged with another client. We were assured she would be completed in 45 minutes.I returned to pick up my ride and found my senior had not even been started (now 1.5 hrs. after her appt time). and another dropin duo had been taken before my senior. I questioned what was going on and her clinician scurried to start her and said my senior would be done in 10 minutes. ( How on earth can a fill be done in 10 minutes? ) I again returned to PU my senior and she informed me that once I had left her last, her appointed clinician had stepped aside and another took over. When she questioned what was going on, this clinician stood up, hands on hips and stormed off. All the while, they are 1) speaking Vietnamese , 2) not explaining what was going on to the client, who was very upset and confused by their rude, effortless, disrespectful treatment, and 3) kept claiming that they didn't know what was going on, that the owner makes the schedule and the owner was not available. No clinicians work is worth this treatment especially if seniors who need our love, respect and support.. The ONLY reason I would recommend this establishment to anyone is for their ( part-time at this location) eyebrow tattoo specialist, Lan, because she is truly amazing at what she does, is very sweet, and has excellent client relations.Choose another place for your nails, especially if you are a senior.acknowledgeackack

This is the best salon in Sonoma! I get a perfect acrylic fill every two weeks. It is stunning and is the best manicure I've ever had! I feel the same way about their pedicures. Love, love the hot rocks and deep massage. The prices are extremely reasonable too! See you this week! Debbie

Honestly once I got there the place did not look very amusing. For example, when I sat down to get my nails done, the guy who was doing my nails was being very aggressive. He cut through my actual nail with his scissors. Throughout the whole thing he kept hurting me. My whole hand was turning red and my nails didn't even look good. They weren't even my size and the color was off. After 30 minutes with the nails my hands hurt really bad and I had to go to the hospital. I had blisters all over my hands and they were very swollen. I don't recommend going to this place at all.

Visiting Sonoma and checked in late in the afternoon. This Salon offered to take care of my manicure and pedicure late in the day. My nails were rough from four days of backpacking and the ladies were very professional about it. They made my hands and feet look and feel brand new.
