The staff is very knowledgeable of everything they offer. I think there isn't a question they couldn't answer. They do have long lines for when they are busy they don't rush the customers they are currently helping that it makes the lines longer which means longer wait time for the ones in line. They usually have at least two people working all the time. They often have special deals on phones & service plans. Thank you.

My recent trip to the Metro PCS store turned out to be an absolute nightmare, thanks to the shockingly rude and unhelpful staff member named Etni. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that she had no interest in assisting customers. Her attitude was not only unprofessional but very disrespectful too.It’s astonishing that the store would employ someone with such a ridiculous name as Etni and then subject customers to her appalling behavior. I was met with condescension and hostility when I asked simple questions about the service. It’s clear that she had no desire to make my experience pleasant or even tolerable.I understand that underpaid staff might be frustrated, but that’s no excuse for treating customers with such disdain. It’s unfortunate that my impression of this Metro PCS store is forever tarnished by this incident. I strongly advise anyone considering a visit to steer clear of this establishment, unless they want to endure the rude antics of Etni.

Please have some supervisor watch over your workers, they deceive and steal from people who don't know, they charge people for everything because they waste their time, investigate their workers because they spend their time stealing from those who aren't well informed.

The young lady who obviously was new and did not know what she was doing also happened to be extremely rude and unhelpful! She made it very clear that she was under no obligation to transfer my data, which may true but I have never experienced this responsefrom ANY other cell store. I highly recommend going to Petaluma it is worth the drive
