I've used them for several years for everything from my beater car to a Porsche and a vintage pick-up truck. They are exceptional. They can do the impossible, are totally honest, and are priced very fairly. Not only are they skilled at what they do, but their customer service knocks my socks off.

After driving up from San Diego for a weekend trip, and noticing some concerning things happening with my car on the way after having an oil change the day before, they graciously took a look at it 30 minutes before closing for the weekend and found that my oil filter had failed and I had lost more than 80% of my oil. They were able to replace the filter, fill it up, and keep us safe with peace of mind for the rest of the weekend and my drive back home. I am VERY grateful for them! They were kind, quick, and a true lifesaver even as I’m sure they were ready to head home. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of auto repair or service.

We came in from out of town and had a major issue with our car’s oil leaking. They stayed late and saved the day for us by finding the issue and repairing the leak. They were so kind and seriously saved our trip by being willing to take us on at the end of their work day!

Had my 2021 Land Rover Defender 110 serviced here and it was over 2 times cheaper than the dealership. They were super friendly and fast. Happy to have found a local spot I can trust my car with.

Love the service people here at Metric Motors. Appreciated the affordable quote given before job started and great explaining why the issue was happening so we could make an informed decision. Was actually referred to these guys by Landrover Dealer - which says A LOT! Has worked on my Porsche as well and both are driving better than ever.

If I could give 20 stars I would!! These guys are the best. Friendly, honest, and genuine customer service! Though they were fully booked leading up to Labor Day weekend, they took the time to evaluate why my check engine light was on to ensure my weekend travel would be safe. In addition, they diagnosed the problem and let me know it was under warranty and sent me to the dealership. A display of true integrity. I have been to Metric Motors for past issues and they have always treated me with the same professionalism and courtesy, often accessing the problem and letting me drive away without charging me a penny, allowing me to return when I have time to have the vehicle serviced. Thank you Metric Motors!

My first time using this company and it was by far the best experience I’ve had with an auto shop, and even dealing with customer service! To say the least, Miguel, Jeremy, and Carlos hooked me up! They fixed the oil leak in my Jaguar XJR 2016 supercharged sports car!I believe they did honest work and made me feel very welcomed, even while I was asking so many questions.Big thanks to the Metric Motors team and the hiring managers! Y’all are awesome!

I just had my oil change here a few days ago and to say they did an amazing job and took very good care of my car is an understatement! Miguel at the front desk was very friendly and super professional. He got me on the schedule in no time and made me feel valued and at ease. the car technician was fast and detail oriented, he even did a full vehicle inspection just to make sure my car was running well and if i may need anything in the future! I was also able to get in and get out in quickly. I highly recommend Metric Motors for all your car needs!

Metric Motors is _the_ place to bring your European car in Sonoma. Located in the rear of a light industrial area off 8th Street East, Metric Motors specializes in all European autos. Miguel, the customer service manager, is knowledgeable and professional. After an inspection and oil change, my BMW was ready before the promised time. And the price was not unreasonable. What more can you ask for?! If you are in Sonoma and own a European car, Metric Motors deserves your business.
