I have worked with Ryan Granko and team for 20 years. Both on 2 commercial installations and 2 of my own home installations. They are the best.. they don’t leave until it is working correctly. And I would have any member of his team sit down at my dinner table as a guest.

Jan. 7, 2020, Clancy Coakley, Granko AV Senior Programer, reprogramed our Universal Remote TV control. Then he integrated our audio system with the TV. Next he tweaked two Amazon Taps so they worked perfectly. Then Clancy reprogramed our upstairs AT&T TV control.

These people are the worst. Bought very expensive smart tv that they installed -/ wrong -- the wiring was connected wrong and cost me 1000 dollars to have it rewired and new plugs put in. I asked several times for them to come help show me how to program and work this smart tv -- he came over and sat brooding by himself and did stuff with tv program not explaining anything - he was going to leave and I asked him to explain the thing to me -- he went thru it grudgingly and left in a hurry. How these people got the rep as best tv people in Sonoma I will never know. They are horrible. Go someplace else.
