Full spectrum wireless into a 1950s house is not an easy proposition.
Derich and his crew were great to work with and needed no urging.
They did as they had promised and did not cut corners.
They delivered more than they promised and the entire house offers full download and upload speed.
When the printer threw us a last minute curve Derich was able to diagnose and manage remotely - all good.
That is a significant value - knowing that Derich can adjust things from afar.
Highly recommended.

I just had Digital Living install a backyard audio system, complete with six speakers and a built-in subwoofer. They installed lighting on my retaining wall, back fence seating, bench seating around both of my trees, and in both of my trees and my pergola. They also installed a Wi-Fi wireless access point for a stronger Wi-Fi signal in my backyard. They installed my 75” flatscreen TV with a custom recessed, TV mount, surround-sound system, complete with 5 flush mount, directional ceiling speakers, and a built-in wall subwoofer and another Wi-Fi wireless access point in my hallway for a stronger Wi-Fi signal in the house. They ran all of the wiring for my backyard and living room upgrades to my garage in their standup rack, that houses all of my electronics for a clean install! These guys were very nice, knowledgeable, professional and very patient with me! I asked a lot of questions throughout the build and change my mind a few times, but at no point did they ever make me feel like I was a nuisance!! These guys had a great attitude, and we’re always in a good mood. It seem like they were just excited to do the job as I was in getting it done. When they finished the job they spent a few hours with me to make sure that I understood how the complete system worked. One of the guys even gave me his personal cell phone number to give him a call anytime if I had any problems or questions! I highly recommend this company for any of your inside or outside, electronic, audio or lighting needs! I can’t wait for my next phase for them to do my front yard! Thanks again guys!

I DO NOT recommend this company. They talked a good game, but here's what went wrong: #1. I tried to order a Samsung 50" TV, through them, so that if anything went wrong, there would be only one person to call (even though I knew it would be more expensive ordering through them, rather than buying it on Amazon or through Best Buy). I prepaid for the TV, but the day before the installation they told me they couldn't get that model. If I'd ordered it myself, I could have gotten it on time, at a lower cost and made sure it was what I wanted. #2. They changed the appointment time twice after I'd made time on my schedule to be home for each of the cancelled appointments. #3. When they were finally ready to come out, they told me they had a 55" TV on the truck. That was too big, so I asked them to check and make sure it was the 50" TV (the substitute model since they didn't get the preferred TV on time). They never confirmed it, and I'm not sure what they actually had on the truck, because... #4. Although I sent them pictures of the location where the installation was to take place, when they finally showed up they told me that because there was an indentation in the wall (think of it as an indented shelf carved into the wall), that the house "wasn't up to code" and that they didn't have the right mount from which to hang the TV. Why didn't they tell me this when I sent the picture of the install area and we discussed the job? Then they started talking about having to build something out of wood to fill the space and they weren't sure they could do it and it might not get done on time (I had guests arriving later that day and wanted the job completed prior to their arrival). #5. So, I told them it I no longer believed they could do the job and that they should leave and send me a refund. I had to remind them that I pre-paid them (quickly) to order the TV, and hoped they would be as courteous to me as I was to them regarding an expedient refund. The check finally arrived about 10 days after I fired them, and after messaging them twice to check on it. #6. They never apologized or tried to make anything right. Bottom line, their service stinks.

Digital Living did our entire home audio system/speakers throughout the house, TV and internet installation when we moved to Sonoma. Derick, and his team, lead by Matt, did an amazing job with the installation, and were also a wonderful resource for recommending the right equipment/speakers along with boosters to make sure the internet worked throughout the house (not an easy feat on this mountain) and to make sure we knew how to use the system before they departed us. They are technical wizards, very professional and have great ideas regarding esthetics for speaker placement and better sound. They care a lot about building relationships with with their customers and have great customer service post installation for the occasional question/tweak over the last 2 years! I call them the dream team for home technology installations!

I am so happy with Digital Living. I was having trouble for days trying to connect a new printer to my MacBook. Derich, the owner, came over and within minutes I was up and running. He helped me so much. Its so hard to find computer help in Sonoma. I had made an appointment with the MacBook shop in town so they could walk me through it and they never kept the appointment. I will use Digital Living from now on and I highly recommend them

If you have ANY problem with your home entertainment system, call Digital Living for excellent service. My television and amplifier and speaker system were all fouled up and so I called for help. The technician Dave came over an hour later and proceeded with confidence to diagnosis and solve my problem. He pulled cables and made adjustments of a very complex system. When he had finished (in under an hour), everything was working perfectly. Friendly and professional. Highly recommended! Whenever I have problems in the future, this definitely will be my go-to place for service and peace of mind.

My experience with Digital Living was great! I have a Sonos system that was installed by Granko in 2016 and it has never worked correctly. The speakers in the yard only played certain frequencies of sound and the lyrics never came through. I tried contacting Granko several times via phone and email, but they would not get back in touch with me. Digital Living was able to fix the sound issues and several other problems. They were very professional. I recommend them to anyone who wants to install a Sonos system or needs one fixed.
