Dan Barlow is one of a kind - top realtor in Sonoma and Napa area!He’s pleasantly professional, extremely hard working, and truly cares about your investment/purchase. Super easy to get ahold of and went beyond the extra mile for us. We noticed he did this for his other clients as well.Dan is the Man! He grew up in the area and knows just about everyone. With us being from Texas, he was instrumental in helping us find the perfect home - we truly couldn’t have done it without him. We learned a TON from him. He even showed us around Tahoe/Truckee one weekend where we met some great people - a lot of fun! Dan will be a realtor and friend of ours for life.I really don’t think we could’ve found a better realtor - I most highly recommend!

Dan really helped me to find a home that I am very happy with. He quickly understood exactly what I was looking for, was on time and available when I needed his support. He is also a genuinely good person, very ethical and made me feel like everything was going to be ok during moments that were difficult in the home buying process. Dan was incredibly informative, patient, and professional during our first home buying experience. Buying a house for the first time can be intimidating - there's so much to know and understand about the process, inspections, and home ownership in general. Dan helped us know what to expect and eased our anxieties throughout. He's also the most responsive business person I've ever worked with. He makes heroic efforts to respond as soon as humanly possible - even on low reception and during his time off. Knowing that we could count on him any time to answer questions and look at listings we liked was a huge bonus in our process. And he even met us at a ridiculously late hour to deliver our keys as we drove into town with a load of things to move in. 10 out of 10 recommend!

We recently purchased our first home here in Sonoma County and I must say, WOW… what an incredible first home buying process we had! I can strongly say we owe that to our realtor, Dan Barlow. It was because of Dan’s hard work, diligence and attention to detail that we as first time buyers were able to close on a home in this insane market! We were so fortunate to have gotten to work with Dan! He cares so much about his clients and goes the extra mile in any way that he can! Dan is willing to put in extra hours and would respond and answer our questions whether it was the weekend or 10 o’clock on a Monday night! 10/10 recommend using Dan for your home buying or selling needs!

As a first time home buyer Dan made the home buying process simple and stress-free. Especially during Covid-19, I was nervous that my time in escrow was going to be delayed... Dan made sure I fully understood the process of how each inspection/appointment works. There was no "dumb question". He was available day or night - phone or text and responded right away. Buying a home was a breeze thanks to Dan and I highly recommend him!

Combine that unflappability and knowledge base with his willingness to be available at all hours for his clients to ensure their success, and to "go the extra mile" to provide resources and actual elbow grease to make the transaction successful, and you have the makings of a tremendous realtor.I couldn't recommend Dan more highly to someone looking for "the complete package" in a realtor.
