I tried to go and do some quick transactions before Christmas, checked the hours online and then went down finding the same hours on the door. The thing that was upsetting is there was still an hour left and no one was there. Great job!!!!

Worst bank ever they don't even know how to cash a check for a business account and gave me a hard time about it when the other branches do it no problem if you want to use the ATM fine I don't recommend doing anything that involves going inside the managers hopeless

I recently made some transactions with Catherine. I was taken back because she is so good at what she does! She made my banking so much easier because she explains my options clearly and offers helpful information. Also, the blond manager is so sweet! I love how she works! Thank you Chase for having such great employees!

In all my years of have never received such horrific customer service. I will be moving my business to another bank as soon as humanly possible. 3.5 hours on hold will never be acceptable to me.

The staff doesn't know me by name but when I walk into the branch, someone always comes to meet me.

1/11/17 Branch Manager was rude and totally unprofessional. A Cashier's Check issued by Chase was not honored because we are not members. The manager "im not going to loose my job over you or this." As an employee she acted and reflected the overall disregard that Chase has for their customers. We walked down the street- explained our situation to the folks at Sonoma-Bank of America. They were superb: understanding and compassionate. Sonoma Chase- the competition is stiff out there. Get yourself a branch manager who has no sense of entitlement and has compassion- (even if they need to fake it)...

Very happy I moved my accounts to Chase Bank in Sonoma after many problems with a competing financial services institution. Great customer service, very responsive, always happy to help when there's a problem. They try to say "yes" when other banks will say "no."

Once again poor customer service & I haven't been to my branch in over a year!!! Sonoma branch gives you the feeling of un-needed to them. Arrogant manor. Sorry if I don't the criteria......of the area!
