I highly recommend the facial! my face had never felt so soft and glowed for so long afterwards. I don't know what magical products they use but I will be back for sure. The neck and arm massage was so relaxing and therapeutic. My brow wax and tint service had great results as well.

Okay I have got to update my review after reading the coordinated bashing this place has taken recently. I have been a regular customer for the past two years and I have never witnessed any racist behavior or been treated in any way less than professional and courteous. As an Asian, I feel it is important to set the record straight and speak up against the untruths and misperceptions being perpetuated. Are there racist people working here? Maybe, maybe not. I have never been treated in any way that I considered disrespectful. But by the tone of the reviews written, there certainly is discrimination being perpetuated by the reviewers who have an ax to grind. I've always found that if you treat others politely you are more likely to be treated politely.

Joanna does an amazing job bringing my hair back to life & giving it natural flow again! I have never trusted anyone with my hair so much! She absolutely understands that I will never spend more than 10 minutes on my hair & makes sure I can achieve the look I want with blow drying alone by cutting my hair for my face shape, height & personal needs!

TERRIBLE, customer service what a shame. skip this place guys first the nail polish chips a day after, also they were so rude to this bride and bridesmaids when they were being nice!

WOWWW! CATALINA's IS DISGUSTING! JUST FOUND OUT THEY ARE HAVING THEIR FRIENDS WRITE FAKE REVIEWS! You didn't want to serve us because we are Asian and your stylists and clients are all Caucasian. It must have been degrading to your self esteem that you had to serve an Asian. Then you twist the entire story and call us racist? Okayyyyyy. You all are so pathetic it's saddening!

The quality of their work is not worth what they charge for a mani & pedi. My nail polish on a mani chipped the very next day. Very poor customer service, the wait was terrible and so unprofessional. I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone.

The owner is so incredibly racist and rude. WORST nail experience ever. So unprofessional...if I could give 0 stars, I would. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND!

Tried giving this place a few tries but each time I came was horrible I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but the were so rude and acted like the hated some of the customers which I understand but don't show that to other customers horrible service as well.

Would give zero stars if possible. Worst experience ever. The employees here clearly lack the proper skills and knowledge needed to work at a salon. Results ended up looking less than average yet the services were seriously overpriced. Please do not waste your time or money at this poor facility!
