Very horrible place, rude and careful with what they buy, many expired things... I bought some pastries and they were moldy and they did not want to exchange them or return my money. very bad experience

Cashier stays on his phone the entire time, super rude, store is not taken care of at all. There’s another gas station across the street I’d recommend.

I shopped at this store for years before moving out of state. I'm back in town after a few years and came back to a rude staff and exorbitant prices. After multiple attempts to give them my business, I gave up. My advice is to spend your money elsewhere.

It’s 7-Eleven not much to say. All though I have had an issue with stale rollers here. And sometimes the horrible house or edm or whatever is playing way to loud.

extremely bad customer service. My mom went in to buy alcohol with my aunt & this guy did not want to sell her alcohol because he suspected they were underage like are you kidding me? My mom showed him her ID & he still refused to sell to her. Next day she goes with my dad to buy some sodas & alcohol for their friends & this a****** still refused to sell anything to my mom yet she wasn't buying anything and my dad was. They get into an argument & this cashier decides to not sell to my dad either & returns his money . My dad asked for his name to talk to the manager & the cashier is just completely rude saying he dosent care if we talk to the manager. Extremely unprofessional

Store is ok, friendly staff but half the time I go in there they have the music so loud it’s like being in a club or a roller rink so the clerk can’t hear me and I can’t hear them. It’s gotten to the point that sometimes I drive out of my way to avoid it. I hope that the owner reads this because they are absolutely loosing business because of it.

Music is sometimes very loud. The last time I was in buying items the freezer where they keep the ice cream was leaking, also everywhere you walked the floor was VERY sticky I ended up telling the guy who was working and he only yelled at me and said I was overreacting. I ended up leaving that night without getting any items.I hope the next time I stop by it's a different story so I can update my review. =)

Unbelievably rude customer service combined with zero Covid concerns. I was the only person in the store when entering at 1:15 pm on January 14, 2021 to buy a lottery ticket. A young employee was sweeping the floor at a distance from me and proceeded to slowly sweep (snails pace) towards me backing me up almost to the door. I told him to stop as I was trying to keep 6 feet apart. He then rudely said, "well then wait outside". The music was playing so loud I could barely hear myself talk. Now here's the sad part....... When I win the lottery this store will get a payout for selling the winning ticket. I guess I'll buy the store and staff it with people that have a clue as to what customer service is all about. Negative stars should be available when posting reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!
