OMG, if you want to treated like an idiot, this is the place to go!!!! Hands down the rudest people I have ever seen!!! Usually the lines are short, and that's the only advantage of going here! I don't understand if you're being paid to do a job, why can you be an eagle and not a duck. If that line doesn't make any sense to you look up the book: YOU CAN'T SEND A DUCK TO EAGLE SCHOOL...quick read and so true regarding hiring and costumer service! They may totally excel in the back room division, but definitely only ducks working the front desk in terms of how they handle the customer service division.

This post office has THE WORST customer service. PERIOD. I've tried to be super nice and spark friendly conversation and nothing works. Grumps work here. Go to Camarillo.

I like my little post office. They must have hired a new clerk or 2, because every time I go in, they are kind (not like these 5 year old reviews). Sometimes there is a wait, but never a very long one. I would rather go here than all the way to Camarillo where they are always busy.

Awful! I have lived in this town for 30+ years and have never encountered a postal employee as rude as the lady that works there. It is not our fault she is miserable at her job!

Terrible!!!! You walk in and never never never get greeted nor you get a smile from the clerks. I hate walking into the d*** post office, theirs a lady clerk that is so rude and always in a bad mood. It's not our fault she's not happy! If you have a question they rudely answer to you and they don't bother helping you. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS post office. I get our company's mail here that is the only only reason i come here. :(

The lines are always 10 people or more long, the tellers take their time, and w hen I went to ship something I had to wait a week because they were out of bubble wrap and packing peanuts. How can a post office be out of that?
