“I had two items to return to Amazon and because of the items I couldn't take it to Kohls where they just take the items and put it in their own bags and return it. Since this was my first time returning something to a UPS store, I thought it would be the same process. The clerk let me know that I had chosen customer packaging but said they would put the items together and process the return, which they didn't have to do since it was my error. They were very accommodating, great customer service.”

“They have great staff. I've never had a problem they can't solve. I keep my printing expense money on one of their cards, and when it needed a refill they took the time to walk me through the process to refill the card. Machines are always up, and if anyone is waiting they ask if they can speed things up from behind the counter.Another nice thing is their clean bathroom. It may not seem important, but it's a comfort to know they have one for their customers if needed”

“I'm shocked at the low rating this location has been given. That being said I have been here on several occasions & always for an Amazon return. Maybe waiting less than 2 minutes to be called next. I'm always assisted promptly without incident. Today, another Amazon return I enter to find 2 customers ahead of me. It was noon so I waited maybe 5 minutes. Just a heads up Wifi / internet service is nonexistent so I was Unable to open my Amazon account for the return label . I apologized to Jasmine the CSR who patiently waited for my phone to connect. She laughed and said this happened to most everyone she waits on, then offered to SHARE HER HOT SPOT so I could connect and retrieve the documents to complete my return!! Who does that!?! That blew me away!! By now 3 more customers have come in and now I'm holding up the line!! Jasmine never let the huffs of impatience distract her from being the most helpful employee I'd encountered today! Jasmine made my day Going above and beyond . Thank you Jasmine I hope corporate see this!”

“I highly recommend Technology & Operational Solutions, Inc. (TOpS) for their fulfilment services. They are small but extremely well equipped and capable. They are small enough to give personal attention to the many situations that arise with fulfillment instead of forcing the seller to interact with a large software maze.I had packaging problems with one of my shipments, and TOpS loaned me a conference room to correct the problem, allowed disposal of trash, hand carted boxes of my shipment to and from the fulfilment warehouse to my workroom, and sold me supplies at cost. I will never forget their kindness.Their costs are competitive, and they give full service such as telephone answering, gift wrapping, and special care wrapping. Whatever you need, they can do. TOpS is computerized so that you can check on the progress of orders, etc. They also do shipments to Amazon.Sandy and her team have been together for a long time. If you do business with them, you will feel like they are your team.”

“Whenever i want something to differently be there or date stamped, i use this post office. You may need to stand in line (15 min longest wait to date) but worth the wait. I have found for anything to be delivered in California, it will usually be thereby the next day, with no extra charge. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. What more could you ask for.
