“On our first visit to PostNet in Camarillo we met Joe behind the counter. Joe greeted us with a smile. We told him that we were in need of a certain size box and some packing material. Joe immediately showed us a box that we could adjust to the height we needed. We paid and told Joe we'd pack the item and would return the next day.Turns out the filled box wouldn't fit in the car so we broke down the box and returned to the store with the delicate item. Joe was so very helpful and assisted us with taping the box back up and repacking it in a more efficient way then we originally thought of. Joe'went above and beyond with his kind customer service! We are completely satisfied and will make it a point to return to this location for all of our shipping needs.”

“I came in to scan our old estate planning documents prior to updating our trust. Chase was one of 2 employees working today. He was so kind, professional and helped me scan hundreds of pages quickly. I ended up breaking their only scanner so I couldn't complete my scanning but he was so wonderful, patient and kind even though I took up a ton of his time. I truly appreciated his effort. He is an excellent employee who should receive at least a verbal appreciation.”

“They have great staff. I've never had a problem they can't solve. I keep my printing expense money on one of their cards, and when it needed a refill they took the time to walk me through the process to refill the card. Machines are always up, and if anyone is waiting they ask if they can speed things up from behind the counter.Another nice thing is their clean bathroom. It may not seem important, but it's a comfort to know they have one for their customers if needed”
“Create place to get mail in last minute as they're open after hours up until 8 PM I believe on Saturday which was a Lifesaver to get mom's present to her in time. Manager was very friendly and accommodating.”
“It's a good post office, hardly anyone was in there before lunch on a Friday. I don't think this one gets a lot of foot traffic either way.
You do need to walk to it, a good 200 hundred feet or so from the parking lot. It's kind of tricky if you've never been here before.
You have to walk down the long corridor, and through the open area by the fountain to get to it.”

I've been coming to this UPS store for the past three years, and I know the owner very well. Regardless of whether it's me or anyone else walking through those doors, he always extends a warm welcome and is ready to help. The customer service here is outstanding. This is the only post office I need to go to, as he ensures every shipment goes smoothly, whether it's through UPS or USPS. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for exceptional service and a friendly atmosphere.”
“Clean, decent pace, lots of parking, nice location. Self kiosk which is what i use all the time & theres 2 of them available for use. I don’t usually deal with the staff since i use the self kiosk for most of my stuff. But im sure they are easy & friendly. Ive seen their friendly faces around (walking by me while im there). This is my go to post office. Over the one near me. ♥️”

“We are very blessed that in our city we have people like our local post office, they are very kind, several times a month I need to visit them to send my packages, I always have a pleasant experience thanks to them, however I can't say that about others. USPS center locations in Ventura or Oxnard and I have even gone to Santa Paula and the help is not so pleasant that on occasions I have had to return home with my packages because they did not want to receive my boxes, however, the Fillmore office has never Had no problem thanks you are a great team.”

“I love the Paseo Mail Stop in Camarillo. Highly recommended with Chamber of Commerce members in our small business community. They've been around since 1983, that's when I first used their services. They are an official UPS (AS0 - authorized shipping office) and a FEDEX Ship Center too. The Notary Services there are great, and, I just cannot say enough good things about the great service.”
