Tom and Fernando along with the rest of the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. They helped design the parking lot plants at my office and had great ideas that made it better than I could have imagined. Very happy.

I met with Cindy Sunday 10/1 and she provided pricing for two different sized trees. When I called today 10/3 to place an order, Fernando told me I had the wrong pricing, and the amount he provided was twice the amount Cindy had just discussed with me. I was surprised by this large discrepancy, and wanted to speak with the owner to clarify why Cindy and Fernando were on two very different pages. Fernando told me I was not going to be able to speak with the owner, Tom, because he was not involved with the business. This encounter from Fernando seemed very strange, and then for him to follow it up by saying I couldn’t speak with the owner because he wasn’t involved in his own business made it even worse. Fernando said I could call back tomorrow and speak with Cindy after he’s had a chance to speak with her. Overall, he didn’t seem to care one way or another, and was rude when I asked him to repeat his name by saying “I already told you it”. Super bummed that this happened.

Beyond happy with my plant delivery! Rosie picked out the best plants especially on ones where I said surprise me, like on succulents. Great deal on fruit trees. Will be going back!

Great prices! Go here over Lowe's or Green Thumb any day. Don't get me wrong, those two are good, but you can't beat the prices and wide variety.

We called before we came & they told us they had 3 olive trees and more at their Moorpark location. We drove there all the way from Ojai and when we got there they said they didn’t have any and to come back tomorrow. We were going to buy at least 6 trees. And we have bought at least 12 trees from them already. We will never go there again. Stopped at R&M nursery and another one and got the trees we needed for cheaper then what performance gardens was charging us.

I've been here three (3) times trying to purchase plants for my pollinator & fruit garden. The first time, I found someone to help me, Francisco, because he was just finishing up w/ another customer.... Otherwise the staff there just kept walking by me & ignoring me. But the 2nd time was awful: I had to search for someone to help me, and she wasn't happy about it... Not only was she unfriendly, She didn't know her plants for her life; I asked for milkweed, and she gave me Tropical Milkweed & insisted that the Native Milkweed wasn't milkweed at all!!!! Worse, she charged me for 23 packets of seeds, when I only purchased 2! So, when I got home, I had to call & get the charges reversed. Yesterday was the 3rd time I went in; there was still no one around to help me! A young man came out of the office & said "Hi", and then he walked away.. After walking around for several minutes, looking for fruit trees & other plants that I couldn't find (they had a very small selection of fruit trees). I finally found a Bottle Brush Bush, I was happy with: There was STILL no one around to help me, nor was there a price on the plant, so I got in my vehicle and went home. I'm not going back.

Maribel was extremely helpful in helping me choose two dwarf citrus for my garden. Their price for the 15 gallon tree was the same as Home Depot for their 5 gallon tree. Both trees are doing very well after planting two weeks ago.

I visited this nursery for the first time today, hoping to purchase several plants for a landscaping project. The property is quite large, and after 20 minutes of wandering around, I couldn’t find any employees to answer questions or help me find specific plants. Many of the plants had weeds growing in them and didn’t seem very well cared for. Most things just looked… sad. I left without purchasing anything - will take my business elsewhere.
