The grocery selection had the usual stuff ... missing some Haldiram products but lots of south Indian selections.”

“We stopped in for lunch on the way home from Santa Barbara for sandwiches. The cashier made us delicious sandwiches and when we didn't eat all of it, offered to wrap the rest of it in foil and pack it in ice for us since we had a long drive ahead of us. We were looking for a quick stop for lunch and found better than expected sandwiches and exceptional service. Highly recommended.”

“I ordered food from the kitchen two dozen of enchiladas of carne asada. And some refried beans.They were delicious. I bought them for a group event and they were a hit. So much the host of the house asked me to order them again for a different event. The food is very authentic. Very nicely packed generous portions. They have never disappointed me.”

“This store is absolutely my most favorite market! The staff is very helpful and friendly, and I shop there at least a couple times each week. They have great prices and good deals, and you never know what other surprises they are going to have. I always buy my fruits and veggies there as well as frozen items, bread (Dave's!) and beer/wine. Tomas, the manager, is very friendly and hardworking, and Carole has ordered certain items that I've requested. Just a really great store!”

“This is one of the best grocery store / deli. It is very clean and orderly and has quite a selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. They have a cafeteria type area inside the store and the food they serve is fresh and delicious. The staff are kind and courteous. Great Place to eat, grocery shop, they have plenty of parking and have fresh chicken barbecuing outside. If you are coming from LA to Ventura to go to the beach you might want to make a stop here. You won't regret it.”
“I stop by every day before school to pick up Gatorade and some snacks. The staff is very friendly and have great customer service. It's nice to have a neighborhood market nearby. Anyone accusing these guys as racist or thieves in reviews are nuts, I've seen people trying to steal things from the store a couple of times and the staff will go after them and why shouldn't they?It doesn't matter what color you are, if you don't steal beer and snacks and they won't chase after you. Pretty simple.”
“The employees here are incredibly kid-friendly. One young man was exceptionally nice and friendly, treating my son as if he were his own. He played with him, made him laugh, and they really hit it off. I want to express my gratitude for his professionalism and courtesy towards children, you rock! Keep up the great work.
Regarding the store, it was very clean with open aisles and no clutter. The staff answered all my questions and were phenomenal. “This Vons is very clean and neat! I always find everything I’m looking for! The only concern I have is one of the supervisors named Tiffany is extremely rude. I went in there asking a question and not only did I feel belittled but she had an extreme attitude that I couldn’t believe was happening considering the fact that I’m a friendly person and I also work with the public for the county. I did mention it to another worker and that’s when she mentioned that she was one of the supervisors. If there had been a manager at the moment, I would’ve brought it to their attention however she really is not fit to be considered a supervisor, considered a customer service worker!”
