448 Atterdag Rd, SolvangAmazing Solvang experience. Savannah took amazing care of us. Jason and Melissa were very experienced with wine and gave us great education and history of wines. The food was amazing. We had a shrimp dip and a gourmet grilled cheese sandwich. Small family owned business that’s super friendly and amazing.
10/10 would come back!

1603 Copenhagen Dr #2, Solvangnot only was the place run by very kind employees, but the selection was just beautiful!! i must have been inside looking at all of the tea for 15 minutes. they have a wonderful list of interesting tea blends, unique salt and sugar blends and an impressive collection of spices :) i would recommend that any cooking/tea enthusiasts stop by, you won't want to miss this cute shop!!

They seated us at our request on the outside patio, and it was comfortably shaded from the sun. The service was attentive and friendly, and our waitress explained the specials and answered all of our questions. The food was delicious, and we appreciated that they sourced from local farms. We will definitely eat here again when we return.

Alma Rosa Winery & Vineyards Tasting Room
1623 Mission Dr Suite M, SolvangI really enjoyed our weekday visit to Alma Rosa. Our server, Crystal, immediately greeted us and made recommendations on what to order for our tasting. She brought the tasting in two batches, which I liked as it felt like we could take our time and weren't rushed. The shop is quite large with plenty of seating inside and outside on the shared courtyard. I especially appreciated that we could order food from the neighboring vendors to enjoy with our wine. Definitely a must visit on your next trip to Solvang or Los Olivos.

The entire crew is friendly and welcoming... from the person who greets at the door, to the bartender, to the wait staff (my waiter last night, Arturo, was so attentive). Leonardo himself is there to greet guests and to make sure everyone is having a wonderful experience. The ambiance is very nice and the noise level is perfect.... energetic, but it was easy to have a conversation at my own table without straining to hear. I sat in the main dining room, but there is a very cool room in the back of the restaurant that is available for private parties and overflow dining. It has a neat equestrian vibe. I love all the decor back there but there is an elk trophy that's really impressive and a large photo of a cowboy in front of an American flag that is awesome. Come to find out it is a photo of Leonardo himself. He rides cuttings horses. A real down to earth guy. I highly recommend this restaurant!

If you are looking to join a wine club the Consilience is our pick. Always reliable and very yummy. Like most of Solvang they are dog friendly.
