Totally ignored upon entering the store on 3/13/24. Clerk’s conversations more important than a potential customer. Wandered around for about 15 minutes and left pissed. Went across the street and spent $236 at Elnas. Shame on you at Parts Unknown.

Wish I could say my experience this weekend, and my purchases, were as good as in years past - same for the staff in Solvang. Normally of high quality, and professional staff, this was all sub-par. My jacket @ $95.00 has all kinds of seams unfinished, and was full of wrinkles that didn't come out with steaming (though I appreciated the abbreviated effort). 2 of the 3 staff were just not the normal quality and experience I've come to know there in the past. Please hire well and train well. Continue to buy unique and high quality.

If you're a black person or someone with tattoos do not go here or spend money. My boyfriend and I decided to browse around and I immediately sensed I was being watched. They will follow you around the store and watch you.

A little disappointed today.I always stop by the shop to get my sandals and a hat or some nice shirts. I found a pair of slides and a pair of olakai shoes that I like but unfortunately. They were too busy recognizing the shirt rack and cutting tags off of the sale shirts than to help me, so I put the items back on the shelf and walked out. I guess I will just go online to buy my olakai sandals.

Stumbled upon this boutique after lunch on Sunday not intending to clothing shop at all! They carry beautiful high end clothing I went a little crazy in there, I wanted everything! The assistant manager helped us she was extremely friendly and helpful and is very knowledgeable about the merchandise. I bought 2 leather jackets, a dress, and a kimono!

Customer service is non existent. No one greeted when we walked in and didn't offer to help once. They made every effort to make me and my family feel unwelcome.

I came across this store a few months ago while visiting family in Solvang. The store has a little bit of everything. I purchased three pairs of comfortable and stylish shoes and they have all been winners. It's really hard for me to find shoes that work for every day wear due to an old foot injury. Pat, the salesperson, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the shoes and other products. I also purchased some gifts including the latest style Giants dress shirt for my husband. The town of Solvang has so many cute stores and I recommend Parts Unknown for their wide array of quality products and friendly, helpful salespeople.

Amazing leather jackets and shoes! I fell in complete lust with a brown leather trench that I couldn't leave the store without. The sales people are super nice and low pressure. We tried on lots of shoes and they were more than happy to get different sizes. I would recommend stopping in if your in town. Looks like a country western store but really has something for everyone

My favorite store in Solvang. The ladies here where so kind and let my husband and I browse. A delightful place to shop, fine clothes, shoes, Maui Jim sunglasses and accessories.

Great place to go boot shopping when you're in Solvang. They carry Old Gringo and Rockport brands, two of my favorite boot brands. Staff is very helpful. When you're shopping for cowboy boots, it's insane to order online and try and get a proper fit. So if you're in the mood to pick up a pair, this is a great place to come.
