This entire shop is one overpriced junk swap meet item after another. Anything you can think of ordering from TEMU or Wish, this shop has it, and marks it up 60%. There is ZERO SOLAVANG anywhere in this store. I literally mean, nothing. You can find the same items at the local Flying J truck stop for mere dollars. There are 2 of these "Esko Esko" shops in Solvang, both absolute crap. The signs everywhere in the storing saying everything from "You break, You Buy" to "Cameras watching you" to "no touch". I'm not a 2 year old, I don't need you following me around your shop minding my every move. There is nothing in this swap meet bizarre I would want to buy, much less stoop to criminally take anything.

If you are looking for anything with "Solvang" on it look this way! Ornaments, magnets, key chains, shot glasses, dolls, tea towels, hats... it is here! They have items that are cute for $10-20 for a souvenir, but if you're spending less than that you are going to get what you pay for. Also, if you are looking for something kitschy with your dogs breed on it, it is here. They have a whole aisle and wall rack for different dog breeds; shirts, towels, bags... The cashier was very nice and offered me a bag sized for my item. There were quite a few people in the place but it was ok. Also be aware of a fee if you will be using a credit card.

If you notice everything has a crooked Solvang sticker on it because it's all cheap items they stick a clear Solvang sticker on and sell for 10,000 times the price. They can't even take the time to put the stickers on evenly and straight. Don't be fooled!!!

GETTING HERE: Navigate to Solvang on your device of choice. I would recommend parking across the street (near the back entrance of the Santa Ines Mission) in the public parking lot then walk on over. REVIEW: This is a super cute gift shop in Solvang. It was so crowded inside (hello Thanksgiving break) and I felt a bit cramped. I was rather concerned I might accidently knock something over. They have a very wide variety of items, which is nice for touristy-souvenir things. I'm not sure if that's the vibe they were looking for (probably not) but it felt very much like a gift shop in Las Vegas. Not that that's a bad thing necessarily. I didn't wander as much as I could have (because crowds) and I just ran in because I was desperate for some water. The employee was very friendly (yay!) and even offered me a bag. I declined as I was going to chug that water as I was walking out. Overall, it's a cute shop and I would recommend you stop by if you're in the area. Thanks!

Pay cash or you will be charged more for using a credit card. 18$ for a small magnet. Ridiculous.

Great stuff all overpriced. On top of that they charge you extra if you use both debit and credit card. What a way to swindle extra dough from tourist who only carry cards. And they pack the aisle with breakables that if u accidentally knock something over. You have to pay for it. No thank you!

This is such a cute little store. I bought necklaces here where you have to crack open an actual mussel shell. Super unique gift for sure. They show you the design of the necklace outside the box and you kind of pop in the pearl in its designated space. The store also carries a bunch of Christmas items. I love that. They have everything from shirts, socks, memorabilia, etc. Stop by and find all the goodies for yourself. The prices are moderate.

I got a Nutella cheesecake from here from my daughter. At first bite I knew I was going to not share it with my husband but eat my whole piece to myself. It was excellent. I never eat a whole piece to myself, but yum!

Every time I'm in town, I make sure to stop by this store because they have so much stuff!!! It's a gift shop loaded to the gills with something for everyone. They have tons of souvenirs, as well as gifts that specialize in the Danish theme and other cute and off-the-wall themes. There are items for kids and adults alike, including magnets, bracelets, and much more. Esko Esko is the perfect place to find a unique and memorable gift for yourself or someone special. Whether you're looking for something practical or something just for fun, you're sure to find something you love in this store. I always have a great time browsing the selection and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Solvang.

This is the first store that we went in to look for a key chain and a shot glass. After browsing the racks, I chose 1 and went to pay. At the register, I was kind of shocked with the total price. Jeez pricey!! Even my SO said the same thing on the shot glass he purchased.
