If it’s stated you open at 11am, you should open close to that time. Stayed in town later than I really should of to purchase this exclusive furniture- waited till 11:30 & store remained closed. Very disappointed

I was in need of going away gift for someone departing the area and thought to get something local. I gave up after my third attempt of coming to the store in one week. I called a couple times to confirm the hours and when I showed the store was closed.

I have bought at least 8 wine barrels in three shipments from this great company. I live in Solvang so delivery was prompt and easy. They helped me place the barrels and I really appreciate their help doing that!!! I would highly recommend them!

They have beautiful furniture & accessories but the worst customer servicee I've ever seen. When we asked about a price for a piece the tended to be more high and she just turned away and she said she couldn't find it. She walked away we kept searching and found the price and asked her if we can get a better deal she looked at us and turned away. Ultimately she came back with some money off. We asked her to hold it until we came back at closing to help get it in the car. When we returned., We asked her for a dolly or somebody to help us but she looked at us again turned away and said now. We asked her repeatedly to please help us with this large purchase to put it in our car and she ignored us. We asked for a refund so she walked to the register and called somebody speaking Spanish. She handed us a receipt without saying a word I received that was not eligible.

We were pleasantly surprised to happen upon this shop at the end of our day. Lots of great items made out of wine barrels including household items, decor, and furniture. We settle on an water fountain for our patio. We had considered making our own water feature however were pleased with the price and all we had to do was plug it in and add water. We'll definitely return to shop in the store when we visit again.

Your shop is nice, well laid put. Your staff on this afternoon sat in the corner chewing a cud of gum, talking on the phone to a criend and completely ignored me. Better train her better.
