My experience at the cvs in Solvang was the worst I've ever had.
Wendy is extremely rude and not friendly!
During my visit, Wendy was standing behind the counter looking at her phone, and I said "excuse me" and was greeted with a snappy remark, as if I was disturbing her. I said "thank you for your help" and asked, "what is your name?" and then I proceeded to use the self-check-out and leave.
I don't like confrontation and conflict and my experience with Wendy is never pleasant.
In a previous post, I recognized other cvs employees who are friendly, helpful, kind and caring. 2 Mckenzie's (Solvang) & Anna (Buellton Pharmacy).

Last night we went over there to buy medicine for our daughter because she had a high fever and were trying to please them to open the door or come out 1 second and my husband gonna tell the 2 guy we need a medicine for our daughter but they said they are closed but they still have 2 costumer in the counter.

Andrew was the store clerk who helped me with my transactions that had some degree of difficulty due to a return and extra bucks. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I watched him assist others before, during and after my transaction. He was the same with all. A store is a store. The personnel working in that store make it a place I would return to.

How is a prescription a negotiation? Asking me what I expect to pay, then lowering it when I say a number lower than your system, then making me wait again for another 15 minutes for a price adjustment? I can have it mail ordered for a flat, low price and no hassle. Lost all of my pharmacy business.

Most of Solvang had lost power for about an hour and eventually it came back on. We came here and the power had now been back for at least 1 hour. We noticed folks were standing outside the door trying to enter and clearly they HAD power b/c their lights were on. I was sitting in my car about to get out when a couple workers came to the door and opened them just enough to speak and said something to the people outside. I was like, if he lets them in, I'm getting out. He didn't let them in. We happened to be parked next to one of the ladies who was turned away and I asked her what he said. They were told to return in an hour.

The staff here are amazing and patient. They helped me coax my son into getting his vaccine. I used up all my tools and nothing was working, but they pulled it off and we had a snowball fight afterwards. I am seriously so grateful. Thank you!
