I definitely recommend this shop, I took my car in to get the front bumper fixed, it looks like new like nothing happened to it so i was very satisfied with the quality of the work they do. The owner is a very friendly guy and gave me a lot of information and a reasonable price for the work it needed and he was very flexible with dates that worked best for me to take my car in and my car was ready that same day. I will definitely be going back for future work and will recommend family/friends. Give it five stars for sure!

I took to fix a window on my car and it lasted 2 days and it broke down again and I took it again to have it fixed and only raised the glass and charged me the same amount again without any guarantee, I told him that I had already paid him 2 days ago and it was not fixed and he said it has no guarantee. a total robbery he did not fix anything my window can not be lowered again, I do not recommend it, it is abusive with the costs

Our 1994 Honda Civic windshield had a small crack. Arnulfo Mata of Mission Body Ship & Glass came to place of work in Salinas and replaced the cracked windshield with a new one. This was summer of 2018. Come the rains of winter 2018, the windshield had serious leaks on both the driver's and passenger's side, making the floor mats on both sides very wet. Everytime it rained, the windshield leaked. Before the windshield was replaced, there were no leaks. Finally, about a year later, after the first rain of 2019 (leaked again), we called Arnulfo who was very nice and promised to come within a week. But he never showed up. Several more times over a period of multiple weeks, we called him and he promised to come. Most recently he promised to come yesterday. He did not show. That's now four times in a row, Mission Body Shop & Glass promised to come to see about the leaking windshield and never showed. Thus this review. While Arnulfo is a pleasant, agreeable man, his service and reliability has been so bad so to rate an "avoid this business". Sorry to do a low rating. But after his work left us with a leaking windshield and getting four promises to show up and never showing and not even calling to reschedule, we can only give him a low rating and recommend "avoid this business".

It was a late afternoon and I was traveling on 101 north towards San Jose. As I was driving all of a sudden I got some problem with the cover under the engine of my Prius. It started to make a loud noise. It was bent and pulling on the ground. I had no knowledge on how tackle on this problem. I was tired and just wanted to get to my destination. I took the exit and drove around town a little bit and saw this auto body shop. I went in and explained my situation. The owner very nicely and in a very friendly manner came out and took a look at my problem. He went way beyond my expectation and fixed the problem quickly. He just charged a very trivial amount. He was a real gentleman. I would definitely do business with him in the future if I am around the area and need some auto repair services.
