They over charge even if your taxes are simple to do and they aren’t even friendly when you go in. This will be my last year with them for sure.

I did my taxes back in January and haven’t received my refunds. I messaged and called and asked politely if she would be able to call the IRS since is faster for tax people to get a hold of them soon the answer was no, it’s my responsibility to check myself. I say this because I would always go to a tax person in Salinas and she was always super helpful with everything, and had the time and space to answer all my questions and get my refunds immediately. Still now as of July 29,2020 I still haven’t received my tax refund and I did then back in January 2020 beginning of year.

The gentleman who prepared my taxes was VERY professional. He explained to me in layman's terms all of the ins & outs of my income tax. Got a pretty nice return as well. He told me how to work my dependant status to my advantage. And it worked. Thank you Lopez Tax Service!...??????
