As a time share owner we have stayed here before. Love the resort very clean and has everything you need. Both times staying here the front desk is very rude and it’s like they don’t want to be bothered. When we were trying to check in they stayed in the back room and ignored us. The manager Rodger has been nothing but accommodating each encounter with him. Coffee is served in the lobby daily at 6 am. The 2nd day we were there it was not ready until 7am and no one at the 24/7 check in desk the entire time. Front desk needs some customer service training.Food & drinks: You can walk to dining makes for a nice evening

The location is great with quick access to the beach and easy on/off freeway access. Its a little dated but very clean. The sauna was a nice feature to have on site. We had a king room with a kitchen which equated to a 1 bedroom/2 bath efficiency apartment. Perfect size for a comfortable stay....even a dishwasher! Many good restaurants within a short drive.Rooms: Unexpected bonus to have 2 full bathrooms in the room.Safety: Very well lit parking lot but not too much to he intrusive to the rooms facing the lot.Noteworthy details: The oversized bath towels in the rooms were a very nice added touch. Landscape accents were beautiful.

The location is great with quick access to Del Mar race teack and Solana beach. And the price is reasonable for the area. It is somewhat dated but clean and especially good for families. Several good restaurants in walking distance as well.

Spacious room, very clean, very comfortable, no odor, nice style of decor. Plenty of parking. Very adequate kitchen although not used.Nearby activities: Easy walk to Del Mar Race Track. Good on site restaurant and next to great seafood restaurant. Others short drive away.

Nice and large 1br condo for the week! It's not on a nice beach, but only about 5 miles away from one.

They are nothing but a bunch of scammer who likes to take your money and then lies about the resorts. Take your charge card and then will not refund when you cancel the membership next day. They also lie about sending you a email. I would not recommend this company for anything. I guess thats the way they make money.Be alert about if you receive a email from this company.

We had a suite which was nice but if they give you room 208 refuse it. The downside was that it faced the pool area which was fine during the day but was noisy before 8AM and after 10PM. Bright lights lit up the pool area at night so the dark curtains had to be closed making it uncomfortingly hot and the AC fan motor is located in the bedroom and made so much noise we had to use those orange industrial earplugs but even that wasn't enough to let us sleep all night. We won't be back.

We enjoyed our recent stay here. The room was very clean and every interaction with the staff was positive. Even when passing in the hallway, they had genuine smiles and a friendly greeting, and I thought that they must enjoy working there. I contacted the front desk about 2 maintenance issues (loose toilet seat and leaking dishwasher) as well as a request for fresh towels. Every request was attended to in under 30 minutes.Our unit had a 1 separate bedroom and 2 full baths. This was a great layout as our son was with us and using the sofa bed. The kitchen is small but well supplied with dishes, cookware, etc.The location across from the Fairgrounds makes traffic very busy on Fair days, and we did plan our outings around that. If you are a good walker you can get to coffee shops, restaurants, and the beach on foot.

Loved this stay. Very nice room with a small kitchen and a large outdoor balcony. Family-friendly hotel and area. Everything was clean and comfy.Rooms: Very comfy room with lots of space. Very clean.Nearby activities: Only 6 minutes from Solana Beach, so it's perfect for a beach stay. Lots of shops and restaurants are located on the beach too.Walkability: Only about a 15 minute walk from the beach and the shops so very easy to walk over for the day.

I had my timeshare at the Winners Circle Resort in 2004 and it was one of my best vacations in Southern California. The place is unforgettable! The unit is clean and well equipped. The staff is welcoming and very friendly. We loved the place, a truly lovely resort!!!

Great staff! We reported a problem with a tv at 8 on a Friday night and maintenance took care of it within 20 minutes. Rooms are nicely appointed

Old and outdated and some hallways had stains which looked like an animal used the bathroom on it. Check for bed bugs.

I've stayed here a couple times as it is very conveniently located. Rooms are spacious, grounds are beautiful, plenty of parking, and service has always been wonderful.Each stay was only 1 night, but both times I left saying an extra night to enjoy the amenities would be nice. I see more visits to this hotel are the area in my future. Truly a great nights stay!
