disappointed w poor customer service

I had a horrible experience at this branch. I brought in a cashier's check from Chase made out to me at Wells Fargo. While waiting for the teller to process it, I noticed the short lady/manager (Monica) with another gentleman in a suit from upstairs giving me dirty looks. After waiting to deposit a simple cashier's check for 20 minutes, including them putting a hold on it, despite having over $xxxxxxxxx in my bank account, I felt like I was being treated poorly. I'm wondering when did we become like this in America? Why bankers are so rude ? You bring your hard-earned money in, and you're treated like this? I cannot emphasize enough how irritated I am with their actions today. They tried to call Chase bank to verify the verified cashier's check. I mean, how dumb are you? Seriously, there is no longer any customer service; it simply does not exist! So disappointing! I really want to close all my accounts with them and never come back again! One advise for you,DO NOT USE WELLS FARGO !!!

Who gives a bank a 5 star review? Well this is a first for me. The main reason is the incredible help that Nima Tabrizi provided me today. I believe his title is Small Business Banker.. Nima treated me with respect and professionalism, helping complete an urgent matter. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks Nima .

I rarely use the ATM at this branch. Access to the parking lot from Lomas Santa Fe Drive can be frustrating especially during rush hour. I prefer using the branch ATM down on Via de la Valle.

Leaving Wells Fargo for good. This location says it's open till 12pm online. 15 mins before 12 the location is locked. Don't waste your time with wellsfargo. Apparently they do whatever they want. As I write this multiple people left unsatisfied. I'd go as far to give this location no stars. Bye Wells Fargo.

This branch by far has the best customer service in the Solana area. I had a very good experience with Monica on the phone and as well as Naomi, and Erica. Very nice people. Highly recommended branch ?

It would be helpful if someone was responsible for updating branch hours on web & Yelp. I am sitting in parking lot & web & Yelp states they are open until noon. So disappointed they have just ignored keeping customers up to date on something as simple as hours & phone numbers. Guess we can blame it on covid

I will not be banking with Wells Fargo after my experience with Daniel and manager Monica Juarez at the Solana Beach branch. After being a loyal customer for 20+ years, the bank provided no ability to recover thousands of dollars lost due to a fraudulent transaction. You’re treated like a number rather than a person.

I concur with previous posters that Monica, the branch manager of the Solana Beach bank has no idea how to provide good service to her customers. To be fair, I have been banking with WF for almost 25 years including multiple business accounts and personal accounts and my experience has been mostly very good and absolutely stellar in the downtown Encinitas branch (which is currently closed due to CoVid.). I asked for a simple letter from the bank as I was confused about the online banking app and deposited money into my personal account instead of the business account and immediately reversed it when I saw the error. I simply asked for a letter from the bank memorializing the situation so I could put in my files and a teller happily obliged. But then Monica was stoic, impersonal, was somehow worried about some innocuous language in the letter and caused a scene and a delay. She wouldn't understand what good customer service was if it was staring her in the face. I could go on and on about the specifics but in the end, it was all just a power play to show her superiority over an employee, but the bottom line is her attitude and self righteousness put a sour taste in my mouth about WF. I was able to quickly get what I needed elsewhere with no issue whatsoever. It is sad that one employee can make that sort of a negative mark after an almost 25 year relationship, but judging by some other reviews, my interpretation about her attitude is on point. Sad that WF is trying to clean up the mess they made over the last several years and an employee like Monica drags them back down because of poor service and self righteousness.

Terrible service! The manager Monica and Banker Daniel should be fired. Worst customer service she wouldn’t even come out of her office to address incorrect fees that were overcharged to my account. Do not bank or come to this location!
