“The quick and dirty is that Belinda and team are fantastic with expectation setting, walking you through the process, communicating efficiently/often, and with ensuring that you're well taken care of when you've got one of your timepieces with them for repair/servicing.I came in with a PAM 00029 Special Editions from back around '97 and had very specific asks... I was looking to get a certificate of authentication from Switzerland AND get a bezel replacement done (but without servicing the watch, because that would mean the team would be removing one of the best collector features of the watch... the tritium cracked hands).I sent the watch in right before the Swiss Holidays and while I can't change the fact that sending something internationally takes a very long time to get back to you (we're talking potentially months), Belinda and team will do a great job of setting your expectations and updating you with quotes.You may not like what you hear when it comes to international service times... but Belinda and team definitely do ALL the communicating for you when it comes to speaking with the Panerai service teams in Switzerland. You can expect frequent emails / calls with updates regarding any questions you have along the service journey. They understand nuance and are great partners in making sure you get exactly (or as close to exactly) what you're looking for.Turns out the service and work I was getting done happened a lot faster than quoted, so I was a happy camper and had my watch back to me within 24 hours, delivered securely to my doorstep.I wouldn't think twice when it comes to these folks. They're good people and professionals.”
“Super friendly and helpful staff. I purchased a vintage watch online (not from Westime) and needed some help understanding the mechanism. Turns out I was simply not pressing hard enough on the chronograph push button. Nonetheless, Savena was incredibly patient and thorough in her explanation of the mechanism. Even though I did not make a purchase, Savena and her staff were cordial and welcoming. Very helpful and will return for any future watch-related needs.”

“David is a very skilled craftsman, he opened my entire Rolex President in front of me, serviced it completely, waterproofed it in his water chamber and put it back together. It is running unbelievable and all at a fraction of the cost that others charge. I have had him do a number of my watches since then and I have been impressed every time. I highly recommend David and Heritage Watch & Clock Jewelers. They fully stand behind their work with a two year warranty which is a longer warranty than most.”

“I highly recommend this shop and particularly Danielle. I purchased an IWC Pilot Chronograph from Danielle at CJ Charles in La Jolla. Danielle is very knowledgeable about watches in general and the IWC brand specifically. She took the time to patiently walk me through the process of selecting the watch. She is also quite friendly with an excellent sense of humor.Danielle made the buying experience very pleasant. The shop has a very comfortable ambiance and a very wide selection on in-stock watches. The post-sale support has also been absolutely great. I had an issue with one of the links on the steel watch band. I called Danielle and she resolved it quickly and efficiently.I would definitely shop there again.”

Solange and Daniel are absolutely a perfect reflection of a sales team for a designer brand. Sol was a fantastical model as I was attempting to navigate a choice of shoe or boot. Neither were pushy, knowledgeable of the brand they represent, were professionally friendly, very precise of where sale items were, and just had a wonderful presence. And did I mention this was 30minutes before closing, and they still had energy!!!!!! Absolutely awesome placement of these two team members at this store! “My absolute favorite Tiffany & Co location! Service is always top tier, everyone is kind and genuine, and you still get the full Tiffany experience. I've gone to many locations all over the country and this staff has the best customer service and attention to detail. I recently brought in one of my necklaces that had something stuck in the engraved writing on the charm that polish wasn't getting out. Lexi was fabulous and cleaned my piece on the spot, got the spot out, and even engraved the back of my charm. I previously had it cleaned at another location that honestly didn't bother trying and left smudges all over. I knew the San Diego team at La Jolla would be better. Not only did Lexi help but she was a delight too! Throughout purchases and cleanings over the years, this is the best location for both. Make sure to stop by and ask for Lexi! Couldn't ask for someone better.”
