I can’t believe this just happened. There with my mom. The man working there asked if I had $3 in cash to cover the charge of the label. I didn’t have cash so I said Apple Pay. He then said “$5 dollars.” I proceeded to say it doesn’t work like that, you can’t just add money because you don’t like the form of payment. He wanted to pocket the cash.
When I called him out, he said he wouldn’t mail my package bc I need to tape up the box. It was his form of revenge. This man is the quiet form of unhinged. Very uncomfortable with what just happened. And I’m not a Karen. I’m just not gonna pay $5 to print a label.

Horrible customer service Lee the owner of the shop has yet again lost a package of mine for the 2nd time, he dose not listen to you when explaining the situation. Will no longer be using the location. Wednesday June 12th received a call from Lee the Owner, he received my new package he ask me to remove my post if i did not he told me he would send my package back what a joke. Totally boycott this place. He’s basically keeping my package hostage

Grange Garden is such a lovely place! Their bunny experience is so precious. The staff was lovely and accommodating to our kiddos who wanted to play with the bunnies. They offer great food and drink options and have a fabulous selection of gifts and charming garden items! Can’t wait to visit San Diego again so we can pop into Grange Garden!

I had an awesome experience at this UPS location today. The lady at the front was so sweet and went out of her way to help me and make sure my package was packed perfectly while shipping fragile/expensive items. Will 100% be coming back to ship my stuff in the future.

UPS left a package for me at the UPS Store at 249 Highway 101, and sent me a text messsage. I had already paid for the shipping . I went to retrieve my package but the manager of the UPS Store made me give him $20 - cash- to pick up my package or else he threatened to send it back!

The staff broke my shipping label then wanted to charge me $3 to reprint it. "no exceptions".
If you're just trying to ship a conventional box, they're fine. But as soon as you have a question: the experience goes sideways.
The staff throw themselves behind questionable rules. The other reviews here are accurate in my experience.

Absolutely boycott this UPS Store!!! I opened a personal mailbox and paid $324 for one year. For 3 weeks I had no key or access to mailbox. The manager refused to give me a refund and allowed his customer to yell threaten and harass me. I am disabled and dying from Cancer. The manager who calls himself the owner should feel ashamed of himself.

Well, apparently the store does not care about customer service! The woman working behind the counter today February 17 at 2:50 PM was the most rude person I’ve ever dealt with. I walked in with a box said hello she did not say hello back. She wouldn’t say one word to me until I pulled up my QR code to return it and her first word words to me were “you know when it says it’s supposed to be packed that means including tape” I said oh I’m sorry can you put a piece of tape on the top of the box and she proceeded to tell me that the owner does not want them giving away free tape and that she needs to charge me five dollars for one piece of tape. I said fine I’ll go get you five dollars went out to my car, came back in with a $50 bill and she said “seriously?” I was so embarrassed I didn’t even know what to say back to her. In a very exasperated tone, she said, just forget it. I’ll do it this time but next time make sure you tape it!!There were three or four other people in the store, and it was humiliating to have a woman be so rude for no reason… I did not know that I needed to tape the top of the box, I’ve been to the store many times before even before the new owner bought it. I met him right after purchased it. I came in to do a shipment to Europe and he didn’t know how to do it because he was so new on the computer, so I went around the counter and did it for him and we laughed and he thanked me profusely. I’ve done several shipments with them, but I will not be doing any more. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!! That woman has no business working with the public.

I lost $31.56 for a prepaid RETURN LABEL. UPS owner himself failed to include the return label in the package, so my customer got stuck paying for the package return (which I then needed to reimburse, of course). After all this hassle, and with my full documentation, the owner of Solana Beach UPS Store failed to admit his error and did not refund my money. Unfair business practice!!

The lady was quite rude, very poor customer service. Would not tape up the top of a box for me for an Amazon return, had me go back out to my car to get tape to do it myself. Seriously, you can’t spare 10” of clear packing tape? No one else was in their store, there was no line, it was simply lazy. She appeared to be doing something on her personal phone while I walked back out, dug through trunk to find tape, then taped the top of the box myself (it took one single piece of tape).

Don’t find the gentleman here that friendly or helpful. Prefer the UPS in Carlsbad on Avenida Encinas.

I visited a UPS location that I had never been to before. I was shipping a concrete pot, and the representative charged me an additional $33 for packaging, over and above the shipping cost. My customer received the pot today, and it was shattered. I do not recommend this store. The Del Mar location is much more friendly and knowledgeable.

Had to ship out an Amazon return and had great customer service. I didn't know exactly what the process was or what I needed to even return my package, but the lady who helped me explained the process and provided me with all that I needed. Great job!!!
