Horrible customer service. It must be somebodies hobby and no interest in actually selling items. I walked around the store multiple times,looking at the jewelry cases etc. Not a single acknowledgement.

Tucici is a scam, they send (eventually after 2months) sub standard clothing, and upon return refuse to refund money and keep sending notices to take photos of yours package (after of course they told you to send it) Do NOT buy from this company

This is a Chinese drop shipping site. Ordered four weeks ago, the tracking number is fake and they said it would arrive in 7-14 days. I spent over $100 on items.

I placed an order for three items on July 27. I received 2 items 6 weeks later and the final item seven weeks after the order. The third item is NOT what I ordered. I ordered what looked like a gorgeous blouse. So disgusted and will never order from them again. What a waste of time and money. I'd ask or demand a refund,but I know it would never happen. Back off

The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a "high-end boutique" came from THE OWNER, Jessica. They have a very strict return policy and when I tried to return a pair of jeans the owner went off on me and acted like I was an idiot for trying to make the return. I was never informed of their return policy. When I was checking out, I said that I would try them on at home and return them if they weren't to my liking. Silence. I acknowledged my mistake and told her that I now understood the return policy. The owner still continued to berate me and treat me like a child in front of other store customers. I was then forced to cut her off and raise my voice and say "I really love shopping here and have spent a lot of money at your store, I don't appreciate your tone with me." She then went on to search my name in their system to verify how much money I had spent over time at the boutique. I am absolutely appalled by the owner Jessica. I would love to continue supporting this local business, however I will be shopping at Pink Lagoon, other local boutiques, or online. Reading the other negative reviews on Yelp, it sounds like I'm not the only person who feels this way about their customer service. It's such a shame when brick and mortar stores treat their loyal customers this way, when what they sell is not unique or exclusive in any way. I can buy anything in their store on Shopbop with unlimited returns, two day Prime shipping, and exceptional customer service, always. Goodbye Tucci. I hope you learn from this and don't push other customers out your door.

I can't even explain my frustration with the lack of customer service . My husband got me charms mid January with gold hoop earrings. I didn't like the charms and he was told I can return them if I didn't like them but didn't tell him he had a week to return them, the charms also were over 200 each. Between then and now I unfortunately (due to health reasons and having kids) couldn't make my way to return them till now. I come in expecting at least store credit and they flat out said , "sorry no, we can't do anything for you. You sure you don't like them?" Yes I'm sure I don't like them. I was so mad because (a) what return policy is this these days (b) no effort to help remediate the situation and take responsibility for not informing my husband he had a week to return (c) the lack of giving a F about the situation was I upsetting . I just would never support a place who has such shitty customer service

Two girls working here caused my mother to leave in tears. She walked into the store and shortly left since the girls working actually pointed and snickered at her. My mom believes this it was because of how she was dressed. Upon leaving, they condescendingly said "oh, good bye!". Not a nice way to treat a would have been customer or even another human being.

I've been shopping at Tucci since they opened... and I live in LA! They are well worth the 2 hour drive or when I can't make the drive they have great sales people who work with me over the phone to send me what I need. I can always count on the best wardrobe options for any occasion and a staff with great fashion sense to help me. Thank you Tucci for keeping me looking put together!

I love coming to Tucci! No where else in SD has a better hip and upscale mix of brands that they carry. I know I'll be one of a kind and no department store will have what I get so I love it! I know the owner is constantly is going to NYC to pick up the very coolest and best and it saves me the trip! It's so nice that we have this little gem in SD! Never leave me Tucci!

Lisa the sales assistant was very friendly to me when I popped by today.Lots of beautiful classy clothes and accessories are waiting for a new home.
