I love this very professional staff at the Print department. Dan recognizes me and is Extremely helpful with my needs! He understands my brain injury handicap and tests me as if I'm normal! That means a lot to me!!!

Had a last minute issue that needed to be taken care of quick. The manager Jessica went above & beyond & got me out in 5 minutes when it would have taken me more than an hour. Highly recommend this location & thanks Jessica!

Ive gone in on a few occasions to purchase items needed for my small business. Like labeler, register, getting sheets laminated and more.Went in to buy a register around noonish as they were presented on the website and in stock. The staff said "we are not knowledge I need to look it up on google" was not sure about which register would work best for a short term 2-3 day short notice deal to accept form of credit cards and at a swap meet. He didnt have any recommendations. Recommended me to buy a square register that allowed cash which is like 1100 dollars. I have a website from them. I purchased said register that said electronic expecting an electronic display ran by batteries. Well this is a plug in 3 outlet wall gig. So i returned, full refund and purchased a magstripe. Am now currently at 10 pm working on website wasted my day now i have 1 day to finish this Also regarding their lamination, im not huge or worried about it myself but for those that are serious and need good lamination, they needed to trim the edges because of bubbling.Would not highly recommend as they have product and services others might need and can be urgent/short notice but would advise you to consider another store for your needs.

Julio in the tech department gets the top rating because he helped me resolve a computer issue today with my laptop that I need for work. I get consistent good service at this store from everyone. It's refreshing to get such great customer service these days. This store is my go to.

Went to use the fax machine and the lady was so sweet and helpful! I would highly recommend coming here for your printing needs. Just make sure you have your PDF ready to be emailed from your phone (they also have computers you can rent).

I rarely experience excellent customer service at big box stores, but this Staples in Solana Beach surprised me! I had a last minute print job with special sizing, and was at the end of my rope trying to print from home. I came into the Solana Beach Staples store, frazzled and with very low expectations, but I shouldn't have been worried. I was greeted with a 'Welcome' and a friendly smile, and then Natalie got to work trying to understand my project. Turns out she not only understood what was needed, but got to work right away. She was so very patient with me and helpful. Needless to say, the printing project turned out a lot better than anything I could do at home.Are you pulling your hair out with a project? Go see Natalie at Solana Beach Staples. Thank you, Natalie, for your superior customer service! You made my day. I will be driving out of my way to visit this Staples store in the future.

I love shopping at Staples because of their GREAT customer service and knowledge! I needed to recycle my old printer and purchase a new one. I was lucky to have Sachi help me. He knew a lot about technology, asked me what my needs were and directed me to the proper printer, an Epson with refillable ink wells. It was on sale but he looked to see if there were any coupons I could use to further save on the price. It was awesome and this type of service continues to make me a very loyal customer! When I was checking out, Darrell and Claire, the store manager, gave me further tips and told me where to go if I needed help with setting up the wireless connection. Dealing with these top quality people today, I feel very fortunate to have this store in my neighborhood!

Claire the manager us just plain lazy. She does not go the extra mile to assist customers. I love Staples but prefer to avoid the Solana Beach location if I have any special requests.
