Buyers beware! Hello I'm here to help customers out by letting them know that sd flooring will charge you for labor and materials but they themselves don't know how to do the work, they will hire so called contractor off of Craigslist and have them go to your home with no worries of your job being done right, they are not a real B license, they got the license because they've been in business for a long time but don't know a thing about your house,be careful, there are other companies that know how and will do a job right. Sd Flooring should NOT BE WORKING ON PEOPLES HOMES, please stay away if you want to avoid a major headache and crappy work, gutting as lines and electric wire and just shoving them in the wall and saying that will be fine, no integrity at all, the rest is up to you have a nice day and hope this helps you all.

Horrible cabinets and VERY POOR customer service. When things go bad they take the "ignore you" approach. Had to file a BBB COMPLAINT and a complaint against them with the Contractors State License Board. Go somewhere else if you value your time and want honest people representing and backing their product.

I have to say that this place is absolutely amazing! Went in with a total different design, walked out with a different design with installation and products that not only opened and used my 1600 sq foot house. It's the perfect lay out! Monty from cabinets is amazing! Def recommend!

Don’t waste your time. My wife and I went into the Encinitas location on Friday 9/2. Whoever they have working at this location needs lessons in customer service. No one even acknowledged our presence, let alone greeted us or asked if we had any questions, etc. At first, I thought maybe they’re helping someone else, but we looked around for about 15 minutes, and crickets - nothing from anyone working there. We finally left when it was clear no one was going to assist us.

They did a job for me one year ago. I needed to get stuff fixed and let me tell you all the poor communication ware REAL. I had to go in person to see Jared multiple times as he would not call me back!

Myles - can you please contact me asap about my job? TDLR; good sales team, but poor delivery & communication. Be prepared for an uncertain timeframe to be out of your house while the floors are done. This review is in relation to a high end oak floor replacing older flooring. The sales process was straight forward. The initial scheduling was ok. The communication during the project has been extremely poor, we are not sure when the job will be done but keep getting told "tomorrow". It feels like they are understaffing projects but still charging premium rates. The worst part is that no one in the company will return my phone calls or emails. I was told by the senior business manager that she is an "hourly worker" and can't take calls outside of her 4 days a week. The sales person & scheduler (or anyone covering for them) have been MIA for 2+ weeks. Another sales person gave me a wrong number for the senior business manager and then put the office line to voicemail when I called back reconfirm. I will update this review when the project is complete.

This review is for their customer service and COVID-19 precautions. I was in the store on a weekday afternoon. The one person working there wore a mask, great. A couple walked in without masks even though there is a big sign on the door effectively saying 'masks required'. This was a couple months ago when CA still had restrictions about masks indoors. The person working there didn't say anything. When these folks started coming within 6ft of me, I very politely asked them if they would consider putting on their masks as we were indoors. At first they pretended not to hear me and then started yelling and insulting me loudly. The person working there not only didn't do anything about this but just disappeared in some other room. The person was probably a junior employee and didn't feel empowered to enforce their rules or help a potential customer. Regardless this was awful customer service and not being careful for people's health. I left immediately.

Avoid this company. We almost purchased carpet from them, and when we went with another company, they threatened us with a lawsuit, even though we had not signed a binding contract (consequently they never followed through). Their business plan is intimidation. They were so toxic, I was afraid to write a review. I now think it is important that others know the litigious nature of this business.

Adam the scheduler for installation was courteous and great to work with. He listened to my concerns over getting my tile project done with minimal mess. He sent Juan to complete my job who is a top notch tile installer. Very polite and professional individual that I felt comfortable having in my home. Great experience. Thank you! Kirsten Hanson.

Monte and his crew did an excellent job on my new home. The whole process was as easy as 123. I checked around for prices but I found his service and price to be very competitive. Was given a quote by a employee named Ben for Fabrica carpet and was told he could give me a discount from the sales rep and when he called back with my "discount" I was told that the original price was from an old pricing sheet and that they hadn't updated it since 2016 and my carpet instead of getting discounted was not five dollars more a square yard!! How do you not have current pricing on your products!? After everything I was still quoted over $1000 more than I told him I wanted to spend!!!!! I left in a hurry and wont be coming back!!!
