Had a wonderful experience at this place. The front desk receptionist was very nice and explained everything to me. My filler procedure was very easy and the lady who performed it was very informative and patient. Overall, I’d recommend this place and will come back for other procedures like Botox.

Dysport by Miss Heidi is awesome … I honestly do it to prevent those monthly headaches , but LOVE ? the no wrinkles side effect !

I had an excellent experience, I had a sandro genesis laser treatment on my face to treat sun spots. Sarah was amazing, explained everything in detail and was very professional. I love the results!.

I really like Beauty & Body Med Spa. Previously I flitted from one shop to another, depending on what Groupon offered. When I got to B&B I was sold. The staff is kind, patient, and skilled. The spa is clean, peaceful and spacious. The location on Kearney Mesa Road is away from heavy traffic areas, has ample free parking, and some nearby stores to pop into if you have time to kill. The prices seem a bit more reasonable than some others, but with so many "specials" and "packages" it is difficult to compare one spa with another. I bought a membership in their "club" for a year of savings, then embarked on a PRX treatment series. I can see improvement in my skin, which is not always the case. I am planning to stick with B&B Spa.

I got my lip filler and it didn’t hurt at all!! It was so easy and quick!! It was the best experience ever- no bruising after and not even sore after 12 hours. Started face reality skin care line and saw pores shrink and no acne in less than a month. Best staff and services ever!!! Also got the most stunning lash lift!!!

I just had an IPL treatment at the beauty&body Medlounge located at 4240 Kearny Mesa Rd. Sara Smith was my Aesthetic Nurse for the procedure. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in laymen terms. Guys like me need this kind of explanation! Sara has a terrific personality and a welcoming smile, along with a great sense of humor. The procedure was easy and comfortable. I'm definitely coming back! Thank you Sara

This place is the place to go. The techs know what they are doing and do not make mistakes. It's never pain free but the results are worth it.

My groupon was not accepted and I was not offered the opportunity to get my money back and purchase any service. So I spent 500.00 at another business and will be getting my botox there. This place is the best. I’ve been all over SD county and I will say it again, this place is the best. The NP always lets her clients know about different promotions to save money and I end up saving $ pretty much every time I go.

I am so happy I found this medical spa. Genya is the best, she is so professional, knowledgeable, she will go above and beyond to explain you everything and make sure you feel comfortable. She gives honest recommendations and I just love her positive vibe. The moment you enter, you are greeted by a sweet young lady and you feel so comfortable in the spa. I highly recommend Genya for all of your procedures.

I came here for Botox and had a great experience. Cindy went very conservative on me. My first time I had 45 units and now I only needed 26 which is great. I still have some movement but no wrinkling. I valued Cindy's opinion when asking about fillers. I've previously been consulted in filling my Undereyes but she said she felt that I could use some in my mid face cheek area first so that I would get better results if I do fill my undereye. I'd love to try the mid face first and see if it balances my face enough to help with the Undereyes. This will be my new Botox place and I'm thinking about joining their membership

I came in for lip filler and initially had a really good experience. The nurse who did my lips was very personable and took her time figuring out exactly what I wanted. She answered all my questions and was so sweet. She does her own lips and does a great job. After a few days I noticed they were uneven on the bottom which is not a big deal at all, it's hard to tell how the filler will settle after swelling goes down. I asked for a touch up but my nurse had to cancel due to an emergency, so I agreed to come in to see a different practitioner today. The person I saw today seemed to either be in a big rush or to just not care much. It felt like being in urgent care, just very little communication and trying to get me out as soon as possible. She said she wasn't going to use any lidocaine to numb my lip beforehand, but I was adamant about it because filler is extremely painful for me. She said it would cause me to swell up more, but I stood by my preference. I haven't been able to find anything online to support that claim, and also, the nurse I saw there initially told me that their filler has lidocaine mixed in it anyway... so I don't see how using it topically would cause any additional swelling. Anyway when I looked in the mirror I thought it still looked a little uneven but she told me it looked even to her, so I left. When I looked in my mirror in the car an hour later I was angry at myself for not standing my ground because sure enough it is still uneven. I am disappointed with the way I was rushed through there and not listened to. I accept the fact that I should have only seen the nurse I saw the first time because I took a risk in trusting that someone else would be as patient and caring as she is.
