This place is amazing! I drive 30 mins just to get my dog here for a grooming. I have a maltipoo and he has very sensitive skin. Snowball has never had any issue here and comes back home all cute. Highly recommend this place. Liz is awesome and very friendly!

Perfect Pet Is a wonderful salon for grooming. Rocco always comes home smelling very good and so happy with a beautiful haircut. He has a pep in his step! One of my favorite parts about the salon is the owner Elizabeth. She is delightful and very knowledgeable about my dog and pets in general. The salon gets five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and an A++plus. I very highly recommend them! We have to go a little further, but the Customer Service is superior and worth the drive!

Excellent service that came with great grooming skills. Liz, the owner of the Perfect Pet Salon is not only extremely knowledgable with dog grooming but is also very loving to my 2 dogs. Liz takes the time to make sure that each of them receive the same amount of attention. I really liked the fact that she took the time to check with me on how each dog's grooming should be done. Highly recommend Liz's grooming services at Perfect Pet.

Liz and her team are awesome! We stumbled across here after moving to Solana Beach and away from our groomer in Mission Hills which was our dog's first and only groomer. Liz's warmth and expertise made us feel welcomed and Franklin has looked great ever since!

Our previous pet groomer closed her shop, and we are lucky to have found Perfect Pet Salon! Right here in Solana Beach, so convenient! Highly recommend Liz, she takes such great care of our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Evie! Provides friendly customer service, and did a beautiful job grooming! Evie couldn't be happier for her new local friend!

I've been very hesitant about taking my dog for grooming since he's gotten older. He has different needs now. He's lost a lot of mobility, become extremely timid and wary of others and is very uncomfortable away from home. Liz and her are wonderful! He's always very calm and relaxed when I pick him up. And of course he looks (and smells) terrific every time!

I began taking my little 5 lb Maltese, Kalea, to Perfect Pet Salon 4 months ago when our former groomer retired. It has been a great experience! I never worry about her as the owner Liz does not put her clients in cages -- sooooo less stressful for both me and Kalea. Plus Kalea always comes out looking sooooo darling. Total strangers are always stopping me on the street to say "Hi" to Kalea and ask where I get her groomed. I am always happy to refer them to Perfect Pet Salon and feel very blessed that before her retirement our former groomer was kind enough to refer us to this wonderful pet grooming salon!

We've been coming to Perfect Pet Salon for the past 2 years now and are very happy with every aspect of their services. Liz does a fantastic job with our pup Theo. His haircuts are neat and precise leaving him with a soft fresh coat every time. His nails are trimmed care, his ears are cleaned as well as his teeth are carefully brushed! But most of all it's Theo who loves going there to see his doggie friends! Thank you Liz, we're happy to have you taking care of Theo!

Liz, at Perfect Pet Salon, is such a kind and friendly owner that it's a pleasure to take my Maltipoo in for grooming. Liz responds promptly to messages about scheduling an appointment and is very accommodating. But the best part of the salon is that my little Joey comes away looking so beautiful. And he is happy and not afraid. Liz does not cage our precious pets. They are treated with respect. I highly recommend Perfect Pet Salon in Solana Beach.

If you want perfection with your pet then go and see Liz and her staff at perfect pet salon. My dog comes out so beautiful and smelling so good every time. Whether it is a wash or a cut, no one is better. Liz is a wonderful person, I love her!

We have a standard poodle. The price was set going into the appointment, however she called at pickup and said the price was actually 25% more due to matting and, also "the standard rate is everywhere else is higher". We were not told at drop off that the rate would be higher. We were not called and told that there was matting and the price would need to be higher. We were frustrated that it was a complete surprise. Per my request she chose to honor the price we had previously discussed and plans to increase it the next visit, which I appreciate. The cut was done well, I wish they would have communicated better because I did like their work, I just don't appreciate surprise increases in price without being notified and agreeing to it .

The owner Elizabeth has great knowledge and recommends the best foods for our dogs. She goes beyond the needs of here clients and she is transparent with here high touch clients! I love her honest approach and you can trust this place with your pets.

I used to take my pups to Curry Comb for a nail trim. They were so great! But now they're closed and had recommended this place. Not only was the price double (I didn't mind that really.), but they did a poor job. Snip snip and they were done. Curry Comb always used a dremmel tool to file the nails after clipping so they were really smooth. Not so here. There is also a highly perfumed candle as you walk in. It about knocked me off my feet! I'm not a fan of synthetic aromas anyway, and this one was particularly strong. They were all friendly but the owner was really pushing an additional treatment that I don't think he needs. Sadly I won't be going back.

A hidden gem in Solana Beach. Off Stevens, they do it all. My pug left with nice trimmed nails and we'll be going back for more.
