The delivery of our new couch was timely, and the guys could not have been more professional or more careful with the couch. We have only had great experiences with Nativa. It took several months to receive the couch, but the timeline was exactly what our sales consultant said it would be. Nativa is our "go to" for home furnishings. I continue to be a fan!

I purchased the Picasso table about a year ago—roughly $5000. I was applying (spraying) wood oil to clean the table and wiping it away. In two of the seams between the wood planks, the (wood filler?) became gummy and wiped off, leaving divots in the table. I contacted customer service for repair and they said they would have to send me a quote for repair, as it was clearly from “abrasive cleaning”. It wasn’t…There is also a wood knot at the edge of the round table that is not smooth. I didn’t send it back at time of receipt because we had already waited many months for it in the first place and needed a table. Just beware of the quality.

I so appreciate Aldo Lopez's help in getting a Nativa sofa bed fixed. He was right on top of everything from the day I first called him to ask for help. Right on top of things, communicative, understanding, responsive and efficient are words that come to mind when I think about my interactions with Aldo. You don't find people who deserve those words around much any more. Thank you for offering such an effective customer service person. There is just one issue left re getting three giant boxes filled with original mattress and metal materials that the Nativa "fix-it person" left in my breezeway. Because renovations in my kitchen and other rooms adjacent to the breezeway will start any day now, I need to have everything taken away asap. The customer service was responsive and helpful. I ordered a bed on-line. Because i live in Northern California, it did take several weeks after it was completed to arrive. I was kept informed of the reason for the delay and the bed is beautiful

I have a 2 year old Nativa recliner. The seat was quite worn for only 2 years. I talked to Aldo and he quickly solved the problem by Getting a new seat. It was installed last week and the chair looks like new again. I couldn't be happier with Aldo with all the steps and follow up

If I were you, I would find your furniture elsewhere! They are great when you are in the buying process. Once you have purchased the service is HORRIBLE. I paid an astronomical amount for a loveseat. It has a bit of damage and it took almost two weeks for someone to respond to me only to be told that it is leather and it is a natural product. They did not have the courtesy of coming out to see it, nothing. No calls, no help, no nothing. It took them two weeks just to deliver to me and they are only 3 miles from my home. I would never buy another piece of furniture from this store...EVER!!!! There is so much more that I could say but won't. Just do yourself and your family a favor and stay away from this store.
