The salesperson was very helpful in determining how to place my custom bar stools order. It took quite a while for it to be built, but Nativa's customer service sent me emails every couple of weeks with updates. When it did arrive, it was packed extremely well, and the piece is beautiful. Very expensive, but worth it.
