“I switched from a Scripps’ primary care physician to Hardison Medical Group aka Healthtopia. There is a significant difference in service and care between Dr. Hardison and the Scripps’ primary care physicians. I went through four pcp’s at Scripps. With much frustration I asked my insurance company for a list of pcp’s outside of big hospitals. I was given a few names to call. I chose Dr. Hardison because of the positive reviews and the convenience to my home.From my first appointment on, the service has been exceptional! Dr. Hardison listens, follows through, will do the research when in doubt and will help diagnose your symptoms by ordering the extended blood tests that. In addition, she will make the effort to call your insurance company to appeal your case when it has been denied. I can’t say enough about Dr Joy Hardison. I am looking forward to a long doctor patient relationship with her and her medical group.”

“I really recommend Pelman Clinic Del Mar..the people at the Reception are very helpful, friendly & quick as well the Doctors and Nurses & knowledgeable..Besides you can enjoy eating in the great restaurants that are around Jimbo Close to the Clinic .And don't you miss Jimbos huge and varied storeI guess the biggest of all of them..and the rest of the Mall is so lively & varied& the urban design is Awesome ..I loved it...as well as the prices & quality of the goods .. PA Gina and all the staff were all wonderful at the Carlsbad location and did a great job examining us. They explain the medicine that were prescribed for us. From the front desk staff to medical assistant (Lorenzo) and my doctor (Dr. Crane), the lady who gave me a tetanus shot, and the lab tech, everyone asked me about me, really spent time, and made me feel great after leaving. I cannot recommend this practice enough, at least through Dr Crane.I'd give this place 6 stars if I could.”

“Came into the clinic around 8am. Overall, had a good experience and didn’t have to wait too long once I was in the room to be seen by a doctor. I did however have to wait about 25-30 min longer than what the automated system was telling me and saw several people go in before me that arrived after I did-so frustrating. Since you can’t make an appt online anymore, you have to go on the website and reserve your place in line and declare when you’re “on your way”. Minus 1 star for the delay.”

“I schedule and appointment to see Dr. Seth Camhi for my annual physical and everything went great. This was my first time on site and seeing Dr. Camhi. I was able to fill out all of the paperwork online before my visit. The online process was easy and laid out simply to answer questions about current health and medical as well as family history. It was a bit of a maze to get from the underground parking to the office. I was surprised I had to pay a $4 parking fee but I guess that's California for you. The staff got me right in and the whole process took about an hour including have to go across to the other building to get blood drawn. The dr and the staff were very professional and nice. I felt relaxed the whole time and dr. Camhi took to time to go over the process, answer questions and even print me out a DMV form for EV decals. He was great! There is a cafe and deli on-site as well which is nice. Separate review for them.”
