I wish I had discovered Discount Glass and Mirror earlier. I wasted a bunch of time with two other companies that never got back to me with quotes after I visited their storefronts in person with a template for my coffee table top. By the time I found DGM, it was too late for me to get my tabletop by the time I wanted it.
When I went to Discount Glass and Mirror, the friendly and helpful receptionist got a sales rep out to meet with me right away. She looked at my oval template and let me know my options. I could have my tabletop cut on premises, but it wouldn't have the nice finished edges it would have if the distributor did it. Even though it meant I wouldn't have the glass when I wanted it, I went with the nicer, finished edges. She said she would call me back with a quote either that day (Friday) or on Monday. Unlike the other places I visited, she called me back right away with a quote. The price was reasonable and I told them to go ahead.
They did try to get it to me in time, but it just didn't work out, which was not their fault. They didn't have enough lead time thanks to the other companies that wasted my time. When I picked up the glass, it was exactly what I wanted and looks great on my table.
Although the other two smaller shops weren't interested in my business (but couldn't be bothered to tell me that), the much larger DGM treated my tiny little consumer order like it was just as important as their larger orders from contractors and such. They were easy to work with and very friendly and helpful. I would 100 percent recommend them and I'm happy that next time I need glass I have a reliable place to go.

We purchased shower enclosures for our guest and primary showers from
Discount Glass & Mirror (Nick Mobley) in June & August 2023.
One was clear tempered glass with a swinging door.
Initially we had some leakage under the door sweep, but that was fixed
by an installer when the primary shower was installed.
The second enclosure, the primary, was low iron tempered glass
which looks nicer because it appears to be more clear than the
guest shower glass, albeit at additional cost.
We are happy with the showers and working with Discount Glass-
Nick was nice, knowledgeable, easy to work with showed us alternatives.
Installation occurred on time & went smoothly & quickly.
One disappointment was that we did not receive a quote for a tempered
glass replacement for a cafe table, despite repeated reminders.

I got my window replaced last week and had the best experience with Discount Glass & Mirror--highly recommend them!First, they offered me the best rates--quoting me more than half off what other companies were quoting. It was a no-brainer to go with them.They sent someone out to assess the window I needed to replace and were able to provide me with a quote the next day, along with the required paperwork for my HOA. Taylor was great and made sure everything moved along quickly; the whole process was seamless and painless.Finally, on installation day, Jesus and his partner (I believe his name starts with an A?) arrived right on time and were in and out in about an hour. They were professional and efficient. Honestly, couldn't believe how easy it was.

After a terrible experience with Andersen Windows Co, (where after a year they never delivered the right glass for two doors, (either it came broken or three times they brought the wrong size glass) I was recommended Discount Glass & Mirror and in just 1 week after ordering it they came and installed the glass. I am thrilled with their service and would not hesitate to use them again and ti recommend them. Thank you for your amazing work.

I felt the customer service was great, Juliet was great to work with and helped us decide on the many options. They delivered my shower doors on time, and the quality exceeded my expectations.When I did have an issue with a glass defect, their customer service (Mike) was promptly all over the issue, getting it resolved as fast as possible. On top of everything, their prices were competitive and fair. .

Super helpful staff! I needed a 3x3ft mirror for my primary bathroom. I had two damaged mirrors arrive from another vendor and they actually asked me to send one of them back! Not easy to pack up a big mirror like that. So, after that, I decided to go local. Definitely the best decision. Price was lower than Home Depot and mail order and product was ready for pickup within a couple of days. The mirror is perfect and I really appreciate working with such reliable professionals. Thanks!

All I wrote was true. I didn't see anything in your response that said there was any misinformation. If you keep your staff (Gio) apprised as to what they can promise as to discounts we likely would not have had a problem. It was your staff who made a "big deal" about giving us the additional $64 discount your salesman offered. I will update my review once my wife and I have had some time to use the shower. And, thank you for honoring the promised discount.
