The Lomas Santa Fe CVS is perhaps the one I’ve gone to for 25 years. Alan is extremely attentive, knowledgeable, friendily, helpful and kind to staff and customers. It’s a convenient spot for many items.

I scheduled a minute clinic appointment to get assistance with vertigo and clean my ears, I showed up and was told I inexplicably wasn’t on their schedule and they were headed to lunch at 1:00 (45 minutes later). I asked if there was any way they could assist me as I really needed relief and had scheduled it for that time. I was then told to schedule an appointment for the next day because they were “wide open”. I checked the kiosk and they are all booked up for as far into the calendar as the kiosk shows. Absolutely no empathy or desire to help, they just wanted me out of the way and off their schedule. A horrible experience.

Says it’s open. Not open. Change your hours if you’re not going to open when your website says.

Took them 3 weeks to tell me my insurance wouldn't cover the rx while I waited and kept calling also it's been my experience if you don't pick them up right away they get lost in their system and they are rude and uncaring and lazy about looking and will tell you they don't exist.
Today I ran in to pick up some eyebrow razors and toner everything is all locked with a red locking mechanism you have to wait for a clerk,I just don't have time for that crud .I left my basket in the aisle and walked out lol bye-bye CVS.

Always behind on orders, most of the pharmacists are cold and rude. don't send your prescriptions here. boom get yelped on.

Worst CVS ever! I reserved vaccine appointment at 5:50 pm on CVS website and drove 20 minutes to there. The employee of CVS pharmacy is rude, ignoring my questions. They said my vaccine appointment is on minutes clinic instead of pharmacy . So I checked in on kiosk of minutes clinic instead. I waited for another 20min, no employee showing up at all. Then I saw the board with conflicted hours hour, one says 7pm the other says 5:30pm. WTH, my reservation is at 5:50pm when employees already off work!?Don’t come here!!!!! Ever!!!!!

I am a regular CVS customer and find it easy to shop for whatever my needs are there. From time to time I need assistance and the person that checks me out is very helpful. His name is Alan and whenever I have a question about the pricing of an item I chose he always takes the time to explain what I may be confused about. His attitude is very helpful and friendly and that is somewhat rare to find today in many places.He is special and in my opinion and asset to this store.

I love CVS- don’t get me wrong. There’s one right next to my school and I go often. They do have a problem with stealing- I know someone who does steal and she got caught. But they treat everyone like a thief. I recently attempted to check out with a bag of chips, and went to the farthest one because the others were occupied and a couple were not working. The lady (who by the way is hovering over everyone) told me to go to the manager for stealing. I was about TO CHECK OUT. Don’t treat everyone like a thief ? everything else was fine

Waited on hold for 15 minutes for a rude CVS employee to ignore everything I said and transfer me to the minute clinic voicemail. Then it turns out the minute clinic doesn't actually get the voicemail I left.Lots of folks here that aren't remotely interested in being helpful, good luck.

One of the employees at CVS showed me what patience looks like today. There were many older customers that he assisted them with so much patience. I would have lost my SH$T. Some of the customers took like 7 minutes of his time just to save like $0.17! Another was not "battery" savy and was just a little short with him but he took it in stride while helping. I was printing out pictures (home printer broke) and the printer jammed or something so I just waited for all of these seniors to get their slow/inconsequential demands met. He was fast, professional, helpful, kind, patient and was smiling the whole time. I was impatient too just from waiting but he helped me with the same genuine attitude. Kudos to that man!!! I think his name was Jose.
