Tala was amazing to work with!!! We ordered an entry way table, night stands, and a dresser. She promised we would get everything in time for our housewarming party (which was a tight deadline) and made it happen!!! Everything turned out so pretty and high quality! Highly recommend!

Working withTala has been a dream come true at Costal Furniture. From our first meeting and the ordering process of a new couch was outstanding. Our couch, chair and a half and ottoman arrived Sunday. It is perfection!! I couldn't be happier with the fabric choices and the quality of the couch's. Tala knows her stuff, 100%. Giving up a 20 year old couch was difficult...ha ha....but I'm so lucky to replace it with one that is or equal or greater quality. Thank you Costal Furniture and Tala.
P.S. Their delivery man, Mike is very cool!

I highly recommend coastal Furniture!
The quality of the furniture is absolutely superb. specially their sofas! They are hand crafted and custom made in California You will take your vision to Tala Henson (owner of coastal Furniture) and she will literally make it happen.
We just got our new set (second set of sofas we purchase from her by the way) and I can not brag enough about the comfort the quality and not to mention how gorgeous they look.

I have let’s just say a very rambunctious 9 year old that loves animals (ok secretly I love them all too) with 3 dogs (Cane Corso, Mallenois, and Maltese ) a parrot, and Bunny not to Mention my 6’2” husband our furniture gets a workout. I’ve never had a sectional feel so comfortable (polygel fill) and be so stain resistant !!! As well we had it custom made for his long legs and how much I like to curl up and have it feel like a lounger. I have to say I am very truly grateful to Tala she helped me all along the way and was really patient with me in explaining fabric choices and fills. Also, she was a fraction of the price on what I was quoted on down the street. Save yourself the stress and don’t look at the rest. Coastal Furniture and Tala is what you’ve been looking for.

Strong word of caution, DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT buy from this horrible store. They sold me a couch that has absolutely deteriorated in less than a year and aren’t willing to do anything about it. Bad energy from the owner. RUDE!!! Apathetic towards my concerns and clearly doesn’t know how to work with customers that spend thousands of dollars in her store. Take your business elsewhere. Buyer beware!!!
For the record, I am a real customer and you treated me with absolute disrespect after the couch was late for several months, was not the original couch I ordered, then I settled for the one you ended up with in stock and it is an absolute POS. No fake reviews here. Please do better in the future.

Furnished pretty much my entire home with Tala at Coastal Furniture. Had the most wonderful expiernece! So personable and made the experience so much fun. Tala gave great advice and collaborated with us on picking each piece out with unique fabrics and finishes. Tala even came out to our home to collaborate and pick things out ! She gave great advice without pushing and still respecting choices . The furniture looks beautiful. One of the best things is that I got exactly what I wanted, and my home has unique pieces that nobody else has because it was all custom.

We were looking to replace our 20 plus year old couch and chair and a half. I found Costal Furniture on Yelp and am so happy I did! In one word, Tala... She is the business owner and she knows her stuff! After being in the store maybe 30 minutes, we purchased a beautiful couch and chair. Her price was absolutely fantastic. She threw in an ottoman and dog covers! Her attention to detail is like no other. The couch will be in in approximately 8 weeks. Needless to say we cannot wait! I will post another review after the furniture arrives but I have no doubt how beautiful it will be. All made in the USA..my hometown..Los Angeles!! Thank you Tala for your hospitality and expertise in helping us choose the couch!! Simply the Best!!

I can't say enough about Coastal furniture and specifically Tala. She's a one woman show! I had previously purchased a sofa at another store that was so uncomfortable no one wanted to sit in it. After visiting Tala she took the time to go over all the different materials and fabrics. She was patient with me and understood I have dogs and a young terminator child, she even did a cleaning test right there in front of me. It was amazing she's able to custom make any size which I need since my husband is tall and our great room is long, and it was so comfortable that I think everyone won't want to leave the room. THANK YOU TALA!!! we love our sofa and it's beyond comfortable and beautiful!!!

We bought about $10,000 worth of furniture from Tala. We were under the impression that the sectional couch was a good quality $4,000 piece of furniture. The cushions broke down within the first two years. There are two adults in our household and we are of average weight. We are very careful with our furnishings. They swoop so much that they have lost their support and you cannot sit evenly.....very uncomfortable. I called Tala and explained that it must be a manufacturing defect as she said that she has never had a complaint. She would not stand behind the furniture. She would not give me the manufacturers name. They obviously used inferior foam in the couch cushion. She acted like it was our issue to now replace the cushions on the couch that has been used for about 2 years by two adults. I would not recommend buying from her. My last couch was from Living Spaces and about half the price for a sectional. It was too large for our room and that is why we replaced it with a custom size from Tala. We gave it to our daughter and they are still using it. It is still very comfortable. We love supporting and purchasing from small businesses, but this was not a good experience. I would say to be careful as all seems good on the surface. She said it was very good quality. I like the fabric as has worn well, but we need it to be comfortable and now we have to figure out how to be able to continue using our couch.

I would like to start with the owner of the showroom, Tala, who is such a delight to work with and helped us design the best sectional we ever owned. She was attentive to our needs, gave us valuable advice about the design and sizing, color and fabrics. The end product looks fabulous and feels like heaven. The fabrics selection is amazing. The entire experience was very pleasant, the sofa was delivered with care and on time. It's made in LA, the quality is superb, and the value is unbeatable. We shopped around for a long time, did a very thorough research and after all decided to go with Tala. She really is amazing and so is her furniture and service. Big thank you!

Tala, at Coastal Furniture, helped me design a custom made king size headboard, footboard, two nightstands and a bench seat. They got delivered today and are such good quality and exactly what I wanted! I'm so happy with everything! I also saved half of what I would have paid at a big box store. She's such a pleasure to work with! Will definitely be back soon to order more.
