The drive up atm never works. If you tell them they don’t intend to fix it and say there is nothing wrong with it. Its been about 6 months and everyone I speak to in that used chase here in solana says the same thing. Inconvenient

I visited my local branch with the intention of getting a medallion signature guarantee, so I could deposit my shares. Right from the start, the manager Fozia appeared quite annoyed that I hadn't made an appointment beforehand. I explained that I had just called and the teller had informed me that the manager could assist me if I had been a customer for over a year. However, the manager immediately declared that she was busy and that I would have to wait, no worries at all , So, I patiently waited. Few moments later she requested my identification and went into her office, mentioning that she needed to consult with the legal department .... I think because she didn't know what the hell she was doing. Needless to say, this made me feel quite uncomfortable as a client. A few minutes later, she called me into her office and began asking for various forms. It took me some time, but I managed to gather everything. She had no idea what she was doing. A medallion signature guarantee is a specific type of certification stamp that ensures the authenticity of a signature authorizing the transfer of securities. It is commonly required when an individual wishes to sell or transfer securities, such as stocks or bonds, that are held in physical certificate form. The purpose of the medallion signature guarantee is to prevent forgery and protect the owner's ( MY ) personal signature. Im appalled by the branch manager's behavior. Despite my providing all the necessary documents, I was upset but kept my cool. I just needed my signature authenticated told her I had been a client for over 20 years. her response was both loud and condescending. She repeatedly said, "Thank you. Thank you." This display of disrespect was utterly unacceptable, especially considering her role as a branch manager. Fozia, your behavior was disgraceful, and you should feel ashamed of yourself. You not being comfortable doing the signature guarantee is one thing ...... Your horrible attitude though, needs help.

What terrible customer service. I called 25 times and could not get a live person on the phone. Left several messages for the banker as well and call back. Will be closing my accounts.

Excellent customer service. I recently opened our business account with Chase Bank and transferred our investment account. My husband and I are very pleased at the high level of customer service we have received. If you want a personal touch and extraordinary service, I highly recommend this team.

Terrible customer service, went in to exchange 18.00 quarters to dollar bills , the teller told me NO, I have to roll it myself, so she gave me a wrapper then went back on her phone, ( on the clock)???!!! So I wrapped 1 roll and gave her 8.00 , and asked her if she's going to take the 8.00 loose quarters and count ? And why she can't count 10.00, and I have to wrap it myself. And it never happened in other bank before, as I looked around her counter, there is no name tag anywhere, I asked no name tag here and what is your name, she said Christina, real or not, I don't know, but she had an attitude and unprofessional, is the bank allowed employee on their cell phones now? Never go back to this branch again!

Great customer service on phone. I received the information in few minutes which I spent days to look on Chase website. Campbell is a good teller.

I set an online meeting to open another business checking account with this local branch. I'm a bit disappointed that Zebulon Koons missed my meeting and didn't bother responding back to my email when I asked if the meeting was still a go. It would have been okay if the meeting was canceled and I was notified. But waiting around for a call and receiving nothing is not a good look for Chase. It's frustrating that I took time off work for this. I will no longer choose Chase over Wells Fargo. Looks like this branch needs to focus on better customer service.

Don't bank here unless they change! The oil price war shows the risk of investment in fossil fuels. Many in the fossil fuel industry are in deep debt and only surviving because of subsidies and bailouts from the government. My ATM card was expired when I asked Amber to help me withdraw cash . She not only got my cash withdrawed but also offered me to get my new card delivered to me in 3 days. I am so glad that she offered me the service. She is truly a people person and ready to go an extra mile to help out others.
